Worst ever restaurant Worst ever experience..rude staff..the waiter had conjectivitis ..and was serving us..they r playing with your health..enter this hotel this at ur own risk. We were asked to change our tables 3 times citing the reasons that it is booked ..but no one turned up.. Moreover, they didn't accept the fact the the food was stale..rather...started arguing n showing attitude.. Didnt share manager's contact despite several requests.. Will nvr ever visit again.

Outstanding staff very polite, courteous, service oriented and ensuring customer delight. Very well managed hotel with well maintained rooms and bathrooms. Wonderful cuisine both for breakfast at Golden Spoon & dinner at the open terrace.

The best place to stay in Bhilwara, Rooms clean, dinning style, Indian veg, excellent service with the smile of Roopa Indoor or patio, the staff welcome you very warmly, various delicious menu, peaceful atmosphere

Very clean and well maintained lobby, room, restaurant, all bedsheet, blanket, towel and other toilet bath items. Good food served. All staff experienced, attending customers with respect. High class service given during my stay. I used to stay every month.

One of the best hotel in entire Bhilwara...I am a regular visitor to this hotel and every time it meets to my expectations....food ..cleanliness and Hospitality all r top notch...a must recommended property..

Not up to the mark restaurant Worst ever experience..rude staff..the captain (Gopal)had confused, they didn't accept self mistakes & arguing with me and n showing attitude.. Will nvr ever visit again.
