18 keys is one of the best properties in Bhopal with great facilities at affordable price. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness is maintained to the Tee… good food, comfortable bed and spacious room is all you can ask for at great price. For me, this is the property to stay at during every Bhopal trip.

I am frequent traveler at Bhopal and this hotel is like my home at Bhopal. I always prefer to stay at this hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located and serves wonderful food both non veg and veg. The staff are extremely courteous and professional always happy to help you with smiling face. Not mention the F&B manager, Mr Bappa Chatttoraj whobis also from West Bengal wll make your stay more comfortable. He will be always happy to listen and understands what is the exact requirement of food of a particular guest and will guide his team to serve you exactly what you are looking for! This is a blessing for travellers like me who has to travel frequently for business. Also to mention, Hemant a very nice and polite staff who is always happy to help with a smiling face!…..Hotel 18 keys is very much recommended place to stay at Bhopal and I give 5 star rating to this hotel…Thanks

It's overall nice stay. Nice room proper hygiene, best breakfast, nice room service. It looks similar as in the photo.

Good facility provide for staying there some of good feel like home provide indipendent environment

The room and toilet were clean. Nice hospitality by the staff. Good buffet. No bathroom floor mat and the sofa chair was not clean, it had some stains. Overall good experience.

Lovely hotel for couples and business trips. Staffs are very friendly vand helpful. Room was very modern, all amenities.Hotel premises are very nice.Good quality of complementary breakfast. Good staff and waiters. Over all a nice hotel. One complaint is price is little high. Stayed from 17th Jan to 21st Jan 2023.

Excellent service and behaviour of the staffs are very good...food was excellent... I'm using this hotel for my official trip most of the time.... Rooms are much spacious with toilets are well near and clean... They have facilities for free break.
