We prepaid for half our reservation months in advance, which was for a guaranteed double bed room, over Bastille day this summer. First, we had to wait hours beyond the hotel’s check-in time to check in. Then, when we finally got our room, it was a single bed for two people. The manager then refused to change our room, even though we had RESERVED AND PRE-PAID, and said there was nothing to be done. We ultimately switched hotels, then when we tried to get a refund on our prepayment because they did not provide what we had reserved and PAID FOR, they refused to give us our money back and lied about what happened. They were completely dishonest and unreasonable. DO NOT STAY HERE.
