ロビンフッド リゾート(Robinhood Resort)

Room was clean and comfortable, very nice touch with the fireplace and hot tub. Close to the village & very close to restaurant's.

It was nice but when my wife tried to use the coffee machine it didn’t work. At night the beds were uncomfortable and the room was outdated, it needs to be updated.

The price was good for the area and liked that the property is on Pine Knot next to some pretty good restaurants and movie theater. Our room was clean and did not smell like other supposed not smoking hotels. Unfortunately, and this is not the hotel’s fault, our room was next to and under some people that were rude and thought that they were the only ones there.

There are so many different reasons why this hotel was bad. The bathroom was moldy and old, which needs a lot of renovation. The shower had no lights, and the door didn’t close. The rooms were not soundproof at all, you could hear noise from every side. It was loud, especially upstairs. We couldn’t sleep well at all. The only good thing about the hotel was the location. It was easy to walk around the town.

The property is located right in the village and is close to everything you need. Rooms are a little worn down, but has everything we need. I will stay here again without hesitation.

Small but cozy. Good for a quick stay. In middle of the village, a lot of tourists and restaurants. The gentleman at reception was very friendly.

We arrived looked at the bed sheets, fou d pu ic hairs(not purs in it) which suggest the bed sheets were not changed

Staff nice. Really great location, a few feet away from best entrance to Big Bear Village. Property well maintained.

Very much appreciated the quick and early checkin including calling me when my room was ready. Walkable to the red tram stop that takes you to the big bear ski resort. Also on the main street with all the best choices for dining and shopping and apres skiing.
