What a magnificent resort! So spectacularly clean and thoughtfully equipped apar**ents . Grounds are lovely and gardens beautifully manicured. Pool stunning . The staff were so accommodating and helpful in guiding us on all the lovely eating establishments close by . And the beach and harbour views! Perfect holiday for friend , families or solo. Thank you Sandcastles

The managers of the property were very friendly and very accommodating of our needs. The pool and bbq areas were a big hit.

on the 16/2/2024 I called to speak with the reception Trish was very unprofessional no customer service at all. She was upset and angry that I put the nasty review without approaching them she hang up on me when I haven't finished talking to her yet. Herr customer service is very poor and what I said on my review was all correct with the photos attached. I checked in late afternoon to a dirty apar**ent there is no excuse for that. The location was amazing opposite the beach. The unit itself was number 330 let me tell you it was good for a family of 6people, but it wasn’t clean at all it was disgusting our on suite bedroom was dirty and had cockroach, the bathroom was mouldy and dirty as they didn’t even provide us with enough shampoo, conditioner and soap for showering that is just the basics. Then I go to the second bedroom and it was too hot there we take out the fan and you can’t sleep from the noise the fan makes. I go to see the second bathroom and it is filthy as mouldy as if it hasn’t been clean for months. The most disgusting thing is the kitchen every plate or mug we took out of the cupboard it was dirty we had to wash everything. Not happy at all, there was no one to talk to as we went a day before Australia Day and left on a Monday at 4am.

Room was fairly quiet for being close to the highway. Grounds were well maintained. Did not like all the stairs due to our age. Front staff were great and plenty of local knowledge, thank you so much it was a great help.

This property was great for our needs. Property a little tired and cld do with decor upgrade like new cushions and decent drapes. Property very clean and quiet. We wld stay again.

Our family really liked staying at Sandcastles on the Broadwater. The unit was really large and spacious for us all. The pool and spa were perfect for our kids. Nice and quiet area too.

We were in a 3 bedroom spa apar**ent, In a great position overlooking the water. We had 2 spacious balconies. The pool and barbecue area was great . Probably the only downside was we were on the 3rd floor, 4 flights of stairs from the secure underground car park. The unit was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

The 3 bedroom unit was amazing. Stayed for 4 nights but wasn't told that we had to bring our own toilet paper, coffee etc. There was enough dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, etc for one night only between 7 people. Other than that it was a perfect place to stay!
