NH コレクション ヴィラ デ ビルバオ(NH Collection Villa de Bilbao)

Una gozada el personal muy amable y nos recomendaron dónde ir a comer y visitar desde el minuto 1. Fuimos al concierto de Metallica y llegamos en menos de 3 minutos caminando.

之前去米蘭也是住這個品牌的酒店，服務不錯。走到老城區要大概步行15-20分鐘，樓下有巴士去市中心很方便 大概2-3站距離，酒店附近也有吃的東西 和小酒吧。 🔔服務：前台很貼心還給了寶寶一套洗澡的小童用品 前台也送了寶寶一個小熊 🧹衞生：房間很大很乾凈我們定的房間三十幾平方 🚗 交通：樓下巴士 酒店在bilbao主幹道 因為城市不大 往前走幾步還有地鐵

Los recepcionistas muy atentos. Las instalaciones correctas. No comimos en el hotel. La ubicación muy buena.

A modern hotel with old problems is the shower leaked, no wash cloths, and they could not understand what a wash cloth was. Birds flying around the indoor dining area. They had a nice breakfast, but Jesus who made the omelettes did not like Americans and pretty much told you so.

Amazing stay during Aste Nagusia which we were able to enjoy but escape from to recharge. Excellent location for public transport (tram stop 200m and numerous nearby bus stops, including airport bus). San Mames stadium also only a short (10-15 minute walk). Requested connecting rooms in advance and the hotel was very accommodating. Rooms spacious, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast expensive so we didn't take this option as there are many nearby cafes and pasteleries at a fraction of the price. Was absolutely recommend and would stay here again if we return to Bilbao.

The room was very hot, they offered us fans and there would be windows as an option, the bathroom had a very musty smell, in conclusion very bad, I do not recommend it.

The check in was excellent with a very helpful receptionist (on Sunday pm). The air con was dripping water into the room in the night which caused a wet slippy pool of water that was dangerous. The bath needed new silicone as it was mouldy.

There was black mold in the cracks between the tiles in the shower. On the other hand, the included breakfast buffet was off all measurable charts. I might go back just for the buffet! The cooked-to-order eggs were stunning (we had an omelette, scrambled and over easy). The cheeses and Iberico ham were top-notch. Had it not been included, I would readily pay 25€ for that breakfast…

Room stated washer/dryer but when asked about it they stated that they only had laundry services and not it room washer/ dryer. This should not be listed on the room if it is no available for this room and is false advertising.
