Every sink and bath backed up. There was **** reminants on my bed spread. Even the little soap was literally smashed to pieces. We checked in late and the staff didn’t turn on the little furnace thing in our room it was freezing for most of the night because of this. The floors in the lobby and elevator looked like they hadn’t been washed since Chris**as. Their continental breakfast is a decanter of coffee and a packaged muffin.

Only thing when you stay more then one night you have to go get key card every day thats kind of a pain in the ass

This was convenient and accessible for a one night stay due to a medical procedure. Room was a nice size and the kitchen seemed very good. Bathroom was adequate, though water doesn’t get very warm in the tub. Would stay here again.

On ******* breakfast was listed as free breakfast. When we arrived we inquired as to breakfast in the morning and were advised that it was a grab and go and that they have been having supply problems. So maybe no breakfast. Very disappointed with this!! Didn't see any grab and go bags when we left. So we didn't even inquire. Think you should be a little more descriptive of what kind of breakfast is being provided.

Staff was friendly, room was clean with more amenities than a standard room somewhere else at half the price. Kitchenette, sink, and 3/4 sized refrigerator and freezer.

Needed hotter water for shower. Room was clean . Breakfast was a muffin, instant oa**eal, Coffee or hot tea.

Rooms were quiet, windows weren’t fully closed but had stoppers on them, but there was a lot of noise that came from the parking lot in the mornings, aka revving engines.

Hardly any breakfast provided. When we went to check out, we gave a look around the room to be sure we didn’t leave any items and there was all kinds of trash below one of the beds including a pair of women’s sandals. Room seemed clean otherwise.

We got three texts and calls from them after the first night saying that we were supposed to be checked out and I booked the hotel for two nights. Somebody went in our room, touched all our stuff and threw it in our suitcases without our permission. They said we canceled the stay for the second night and I said no we didn’t. They said that they would comp the second night and never have. I don’t see it on my bank statement. When we went to check out the front desk clerk said just throw your keys up there. I’ll email you. No conversation on how our stay was or anything just throw your keys up there This is the second time that she has done that when we went to check out.
