ケリー イン ビリングズ モンタナ(Kelly Inn Billings)

We stayed twice in April - going to and from the grandkids. The first stay was fine - although odd half size pillows prompted my wife to buy regular ones for the trip back, but there were normal pillows on the way back. On the way back were were disappointed with 1) left over sox in drawer, 2) half eaten stinky salad in the fridge, 3) placed next to another room with a dog and a pass door - our dog was trying to understand the dog smells for an hour or two....but most concerning of all, 4) during the evening and taking the dog out, we found 3 external doors which were propped open. We did not appreciate that from a safety standpoint. It's too bad since we really like the pet policy at the Kelly Inn....but we have to feel safe at our age!

Check in was difficult, due to undertrained staff. Otherwise, stay was fine. Quiet room, comfortable bed.

Best hotel breakfast ever! Food was actually cooked and not microwaved! Hardworking, dining manager. Great warm pool and good hot tub.

I made my reservation then was notified that if I wanted to stay on the first floor it was $25.00 extra. Well when we checked out that turned into $29.00. We won't be back. Not worth $165.07 for that much I want carpet. Plus it was noisy

It’s a decent place. Everything was fine. We didn’t use any of the amenities as we were just passing through. We’d stay again if needed.

Nice hotel. Pool area was nice. Breakfast was excellent with many options. Staff were all very kind.

Great stay clean rooms and great pool area. The only complaint that I have is they they asked us to get wrist bands for the pool to make sure we were staying there, when we went to use the pool area no one had wrist bands on! It more on people for not following rules and the big sign on the pool door. None the less though staff should probably check on this every so often.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was really good. Would definitely stay there again when in the area.

We loved how spacious and clean the room was. Everything gave a homey feel.
