I was super disappointed with the cleanliness, I found hair and stains on the bedding

Friendly check in, accomodating with room preference. Breakfast was well stocked and clean. Pool was a hit with the kids. Cost was a little higher than other comfort suites locations.

The room wasn’t clean- they switched us but the second room had ripped couch and also wasn’t very clean.

Room was d Made up but dirty. Hair in bathroom yellow goo and bliod on towels hanging on rack. Got moved to different room.

Nice hotel and the front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was okay, but did not seem to be staffed by an attendant.

When we arrived in our room we found underwear in the closet, food in the fridge and the tub had not been cleaned well. The lady that was working quickly got us a new room. That room was missing a light in the bathroom and looked like there was some feces on the wall where the toilet paper holders were. (The toilet paper holder was place an odd distance from the toilet.) Overall the room was ok. There seems to be great potential at this hotel but it’s not well taken care of. When we had breakfast it seemed like maybe they were shorthanded on staff. The bathroom on the main floor had no soap. It just seems like the hotel needs a little TLC

For the most part we were satisfied & would stay here again. only complaint was the shower did have some molding spots & a loose tile or 2 in bathroom floor outside shower stall but even bigger complaint would be pool area: both pool & hot tub needed cleaning. The hot tub capping was molded.

The sheets had blood on them. They were nice enough to bring me new sheets for ME to put on the bed. Tv wouldn’t turn on- they walked me thru it to turn it on. Carpet was filthy. Fridge froze all our food. Not enough toilet paper. Couch was very cringy- needs cleaned. Several lightbulbs out. Horrible.

There was a tear in the shower curtain, the floors were not very clean, and we found hair balls on the curtains for the spare bed. Some of the bedding looked a little stained too. I would agree the hot tub could use a good cleaning too.
