La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Biloxi

We never previously stayed at a LaQuinta and I can assure you we never will again!!! We were lied to about the room by the front desk person who got off at 3 p.m. The first room we were in, that the front desk person lied about and moved us to, appeared to have water coming up through the floor. When we entered the room water was puddles under the bed and around two sides of it. We cleaned it up except for the part to show the water was clear and not a mess made by our dog. When we tried to call the front desk, the room phone did not work at all not even a dial tone. While waiting for the front desk to change our room, we flushed the toilet and it was like a floodgate of water started appearing from the floor. Getting back to the front desk girl lying to us. I told her that I cannot physically climb stairs because she was telling me i would have to climb 3 flights of stairs dur to problems with the elevator. We were told that though the room would be a queen bed, instead of a king, it was not as far to walk as the elevator and it was a drive up room. Well, let me tell you, we passed the elevator on the way to the room and it was all the way to the end of the hallway. Also, from the after 3 p.m. desk clerk, who straightened out the first desk clerk's mess and who did not lie to us, we found out this LaQuinta has NO drive up rooms!!! I has prepaid our room with no mention of a fee for our dog. So, in addition, this dishonest front deskperson charges us a $25 fee for our dog. When we checked out today, my husband asked for a receipt and the dishonest front desk person told him it would be emailed to us. Honestly, at this point we do not trust that our credit card information is secure and has not been lifted. Given all of this, we will NEVER stay at any LaQuinta again and will actively discourage our friends and family from staying in any LaQuinta.

Very comfortable and convenient of the highway. Food was good

Check in staff was not good, she asked me to wait before welcoming me. But the breakfast lady was so helpful to me and to everyone. Breakfast was decent. But the hallway first floor going towards the elevator smells like sewer. Our room was clean.

The hotel was very nice. Clean rooms, breakfast. The staff was excellent. Bre was excellent at the front desk and Cheryll was excellent in the kitchen.

Didn't seem to cool room quick enough the room we stayed in the floor was uneven to the point the drywall was cracked the door frame was pulling off and the tile was cracked the floor looks to be falling in reported it to maintenance

The property is just over run down. Staff was amazing, breakfast was typical nothing to write home about. It’s awesome the kids were able to fish in the pond behind the property. The pull out couch is only a TWIN!!! The mattress is about as thick as a penny. If anyone has the idea of sleeping on the pull out…..don’t just buy and air mattress. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth to where La Quinta is now on my “do not stay” when booking a hotel. The staff can control the overall condition of the building, they were always helpful, and super friendly

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. My only complaints are.. the hotel is a little older and not completely maintained and the parking lot is small.

Friendly staff, VERY comfortable beds, good amenities for bathroom, ac worked great, very clean rooms, great price, accepted cat as a guest.
