ビンタン・エキゾチカ・リゾート(Bintan Exotica Resort)

I recently stayed at Bintan Exotica Resort and it was fantastic. The staff were super friendly and made check-in easy. My room was cozy and clean, with everything I needed. The hotel's facilities were great. The food was a highlight! I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious.

Excellent stay, staff were all very accommodating and welcoming. Would definitely return again.

Family-friendly idyllic resort with five star service. Staff are warm, friendly and a big shoutout to Nathalie, Ledy and Oma Lili who went the extra mile to accommodate requests big or small - from patiently explaining each room type prior to booking, accommodating room booking extensions, last-minute itinerary changes, fetching beach towels to entertaining my children whilst my husband and I went on a short scooter joy-ride to the nearest village. The resort may be modest on amenities but the warm hospitality and thoughtful touches supersede everything else. Even the power outage that happened once or twice (lasting no more than a minute) during our stay adds to the charm of the surrounds. For a different dinner experience, I’d recommend the BBQ package and the staff would gladly set up at any spot you fancy. We also brought along our own fireworks from a local shop and the staff patiently taught and helped us set up. Although we didn’t get to swim or snorkel at the sea because of the high tides and choppy waves, during low tide, we could wade really far out and it makes for very interesting grounds for the little ones to explore and discover interesting sea creatures. The mangroves that line the beach are also a captivating sight for us city dwellers. Booties will be useful to have. Scooters are available for rent, and we took one out to explore the nearby village, checking out the mini supermarkets, local schools etc. Along the way, we passed by the locals and they were all really friendly, making our vacay at this quiet part of the Bintan island really memorable.

This is a great place to stay. The rooms are in individual buildings, largely, with a pretty and well-maintained courtyard, and many rooms are right on the ocean. The room we stayed in was super-clean and seemed to be newly refubished or painted? It is traditionally furnished, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was quite large, with plenty of places to put things. There are two small beaches, with mangrove forests in between. Some minor equipment for kids, like slide, swings, table tennis and the like. Their pool is 24 hours. They offer bikes (for free?) and offer other things like massages that we didn't try. We had two meals here, and the food is excellent. They don't have it on the menu, but there are three choices of beer—one local, two European. The staff here is universally excellent, going out of their way to be helpful. Their English is quite good too. Check-in was quite easy. The prices are reasonable. I've seen fancier, but this to me seems like it is designed to seem like you're in Bintan, with traditional-looking buildings and furnishings. I'd definitely come back.

Spent a very nice three nights at Bintan Exotica Resort. People were all very warm and attentive, the house facilities were complete and good, and most importantly the view was just extremely beautiful! Excellent reception made my perfect Easter trip! Highly recommended✨

Relaxing and nice place to stay. The staff are allo accomodating, the massage is good and the food is very nice also. Its good for couples, group of friends and family who would want a quick getaway from the city. We will definitely go back soon.
