ナトラ ビンタン，トリビュートポートフォリオリゾート(Natra Bintan, a Tribute Portfolio Resort)

The service provided by the resort was awesome. Even the room service was not expensive which is 24hrs by the restaurant. They also have this BBQ service at individual tent after advance booking 1 day before. Food was okay, just menu was limited. A lot of activity at the lagoon, however was operator by another agent. Ticket will be provided by the lobby for the pool. But activities will need to be purchase separately. And electric scooter can be booked at the activity center. In-house buggy can engage to send there for renting. Buggy service is free. Hence, anytime as long we request. Overall stay was great. Definitely recommend friends to stay there.

Did not like the open concept bathroom [it was dark and wet and scary to go to toilet after dark]. The floor tiles are black and the bathroom area need some upgrade. We happened to be there when the night had thunder storm and the whole bathroom. was wet with rain water splashing in. Power trip in the 1st night and we had to move out at around 1am in the midst of thunder storm. Fridge in the new room did not work, no complimentary water [there were in the earlier room]. Upgraded to a room with outside jacuzzi [dirty with leaves] and the water was.cold. Staff are friendly and the night band on Sunday night was good. Other than the activities at Treasury Bay, [chargeable] there is nothing much to do. Only one restaurant with limited choice and expensive. We wanna to try the restaurant at Anmon, but also expensive. There is no nearby place for food, we ordered delivery form one night [not many choices]. It was expensive and the food was sub par [this restaurant is supposed to have good ratings]. Glamping is not for us but good to try. It will take a long time before we will come back to Bintan. For short gateways, Batam gives better value and choices.

Quite a unique experience with attached outdoor toilet, with lizards and possibly monkeys, and over grown grass around. It is within walking distance to lagoon for a swim though a bit of walk to the centre of Treasure Bay activities..

Great service. The room is clean. We got room upgrade which is great. The downsides are 1) no activity for kids. All activities are chargeable and not cheap. 2) very noisy. The tent can’t isolate any sound. 3) very limited food choices. And very expensively All in all, won’t come back again.

Nice resort with very good service. Only down side is that charges for food and activities at treasure bay was quite expensive. Love that the resort paid attention to small details like ensuring the aircon in the room was turned on so we arrived to a cooling room. Perfect for this hot weather. The staff also remembers your name and will great you as you walk pass the lobby or at breakfast. They provided buggy service around the hotel which made it very convenient. Kudos to Reza and Angel for their good service! 😊

The overall experience is wonderful! There are activities for toddlers, kids and adults! The indoor playground is huge! The chefs and the staff are all very friendly and sweet!

Excellent stay, all staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is extremely near to the ferry terminal and provide free transfer service. The room is cosy and spacious with bright lights. Highly recommended and we will stay here again if come to Bintan next time!!!

人工瀉湖確實夠大夠震撼，帳篷也有趣。1月底去的天氣不好，風大時候帳篷呼呼作響，是個特別體驗

First impression upon arrival at resort was that it was amazing with respect to its layout, size, design and ambience. Service was impressive, with forever friendly and helpful staff throughout stay. Very responsive and professional (technical assistance, food serving, recommendations and suggestions etc). Lunch was good, but regrettably, not all on menu e.g. satay skewers are overly salty, black pepper beef is overly sweet. My favorite breakfast station has got to be the one serving eggs. However, due to space constraints, I find the spread lacking in variety and some basics missing e.g. cereals should include bran and oats. It was also disappointing that the BBQ selection comprised mainly processed balls and sausages, rather than more meat choices such as chicken wing/thighs, beef or mutton. I would have gladly ordered it if otherwise. Again, a big thumbs up for the staff. I would certainly return and recommend friends to Natra Bintan!
