The staffs really nice，but the cleanliness really really bad,a picture show everything，even i change the room also didn't solve the problem because face same situation the day before. This trip really disappointed and terrible for my family.

friendly & helpful service, conveniet parking. noisy traffic, bathroom is too small and poorly designed.

The room is a bit dirty with bird droppings outside the window.unfriendly counter staff and had to wait for the room to be ready even though it was 3.00 pm..will not repeat to stay here again.

Affordable place to stay. Cleanliness and privacy of guest need to be improve as my room was found to be a little bit noisy with birds sound (bird nest was parked at the ceiling) as I cannot sleep well and fur from the birds found at my bed.

Repeated stay but the bed sheets, towels and comforter need some refurbishment as there are loads of yellow stained on it. Other than that, everything is good.

Overall okay. Hotel near to city. Easy access to pasar malam bintulu.

Room ok, just wifi not so good. Bathroom need to improve on irrigating water.
