「I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my feedback regarding my experience.
Firstly, I must commend the quality of the hotel room itself. It was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for my stay. The amenities and facilities within the room met my expectations, and the overall ambiance contributed to a relaxing atmosphere.
However, I encountered an issue with the water supply in the room. The water pressure was not strong enough, which made showering and using the sink somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the water temperature was not consistently hot; it tended to fluctuate, and at times, it was uncomfortably cold.
This aspect of my stay was disappointing, as having a reliable and comfortable water supply is essential for a satisfactory hotel experience. I believe addressing this issue would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
I trust that this feedback will be taken into consideration, and I hope to see improvements in the future. Despite this issue, I would consider staying at your hotel again, given the positive aspects of my visit.

「I have booked this hotel for our staff who has a business trip at Bintulu. This is one of the our staff favorite hotel when they have a job at Bintulu. The hotel was so clean and comfortable. Surrounded by food center, laundry and groceries shop. Their staff also friendly and help full. So far I never received any bad feedback from our staff. Most of them like this hotel so dar.」

「アミーゴ ホテルは、快適な旅行が好きで、同時にビントゥルでくつろぐのが好きなビジネス滞在に適した場所です。ウォーターフロントまで徒歩圏内。街での仕事の後に散歩する場所があるのは素晴らしいことです。ジョギングをしたり、釣りをしたり、鳥が飛んでいるのを見たり、ボートに乗っている人を見ることができます。
部屋も綺麗に管理されています。私の場合、そこに滞在した2日間のうちの1日に、エアコンから水が滴り落ちるのに遭遇しました。約5分間続きました。そうでなければ、他のすべては大丈夫でした。ここに滞在したい場合は、建物の真ん中の部屋をリクエストすることをお勧めします。防音性が高くなります。私はエンターテインメントブロックのすぐ隣の建物の角にあり、眠りが浅いわけではありませんが、大きな音楽が聞こえます。シャワー中に非常に熱いお湯が好きな場合は、部屋に入るとすぐにそれを確認することをお勧めします。でも、私はそれでいいので、それでいいのです。朝食はビュッフェではありませんが、それぞれの非常に大きな部分を提供しています。 2日間の滞在で、アメリカンブレックファーストと半熟*のトーストパンを食べました。スタッフは間違いなくとても役に立ちました！歓迎されていると感じたのは、おそらく美しく新しいインテリアと、ロビーから部屋までの非常に良い香りと、提供された豪華なタオルです。このままのクオリティでお願いします！

Ccikguhidayahパークシティ エバーリー ホテル ビントゥルに 3 回目の滞在です。ホテルはスプリング モールの近くにあります。スプリングまで歩いて行けます。ホテルの場所は非常に戦略的です。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。朝食はまあまあです...しかし、多様化することができます...サラワク州のラクサはおいしいです...ディナーはまあまあです...食べ物はおいしいです...子供を連れてリラックスするのに適しています...スイミングプールがあります... . 大人用と子供用のプールがあります。

RRyan ThenI loved the ambience of this hotel, it was clean and comfortable. The room was also spacious and cozy.
The only drawbacks were the hotel was located slightly far away, where you need to take grab to access to places with good food etc.
And also my room was just facing the road, so you can actually hear the motorcycle racing in the midnight.

ゲゲストThe room is good but breakfast has to be improved. Not many choices, fried rice and bihun were plain and there was nothing else to eat along with. First day breakfast still have nuggets and sausage but nothing during the second day breakfast.

ゲゲスト部屋は大きくて清潔でした。冷蔵庫の音がうるさいので、使用しないときは電源を切ることをお勧めします。ウェイターは礼儀正しいですが、積極的なサービスの意識が十分ではないかもしれません。部屋には必要がなければ3日以内に部屋を掃除すると書かれたメモが貼ってあったが、頼んでもいないので5日間も来なかった。
地元の習慣のためか、室内にスリッパはありませんが、床はフローリングでとても清潔です。慣れていない友達は準備が必要になるかもしれません。
朝食は東南アジアでは非常に豊富だと考えるべきです。

II FattahThis hotel has passed it’s prime. Suitable for budget travelers only. The front office staff were helpful. Breakfast is very simple but cold without any food warmers to keep food warm and the service was very poor.
I had to stay an additional night and checking Trip.com no room was available; had to book through the hotel directly but they couldn’t give me the receipt after making the payment, had to wait until the next day. A very unusual practice.

The facilities at Wiwo Hotel are outstanding. The fitness center is well-maintained, with all the equipment you could need for a good workout. The pool area is a true gem, offering a relaxing space to unwind, complete with comfortable loungers and a serene ambiance. The hotel's dining options are also excellent, with a restaurant that serves a delicious variety of dishes, catering to different palates.
As for the room, it was simply superb. The space was spotless, elegantly decorated, and designed with comfort in mind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a restful night's sleep, and the high-quality linens were a lovely touch. The room was equipped with all the modern amenities I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked minibar.
The bathroom was spacious and luxurious, featuring a large shower, plush towels, and premium toiletries. I also loved the attention to detail, such as the complimentary coffee and tea, as well as the thoughtful layout that made the room feel both cozy and functional.
One of the best parts of my stay was the stunning view from my room, which overlooked the beautiful surroundings of the hotel. It was the perfect backdrop for a peaceful and relaxing stay.
Overall, Wiwo Hotel exceeded all my expectations with its top-notch facilities and beautifully appointed rooms. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay, and I look forward to returning on my next visit.
