ハンプトン イン バーチ ラン / フランケンムース(Hampton Inn Birch Run/Frankenmuth)

Room was ok, not fantastic but not bad. Bathroom was kind of gross around the edges at the floor. Pool area was not the cleanest. Probably would not stay here again.

Arrival and check-in were perfect. Got to our room only to find the toilet not working. No maintenance staff so called the front desk and she kindly moved us to another room. Made the move and the second room ALSO had a broken toilet, but also a broken heater and there was pieces of old food in the broken heater. Called again and she apologized again and moved us yet again. Third room was the charm and was fine. Decided to go down and sit in the hot tub.The hot tub was cloudy, gray, and had hair balls in it. Jets were also not working. SO... the hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired in the cleanliness/repair area. The staff, however, is wonderful and caring.

Missing outlet cover in the room. Toilet tank lid did not fit. Wall chipping around ac/heat unit. Pool water was freezing!!

We usually stay at Hampton inns. Very rarely have I felt this unsatisfied. This location is over used. Filthy carpets. Smelled old and dirty. We were very unhappy with this location.

Came to hang out with friends at the pool. Pool was ice cold, way too cold to even swim in. Hot tub jets didn’t work. Very disappointed.

The hotel was adequate - the road traffic was a bit loud and we heard noise from the rooms around us. The bottom of the bathtub was stained. However, the breakfast was one of the best I've had recently and the people were very friendly.

The staff was very friendly..the hotel itself needs some updating but it was good. We were worried after seeing some poor reviews, but most of them were unfounded.

The room we stayed in seemed very worn. The bathroom had obviously seemed a lot of water as the trim and walls were expanded and coming off. Other than that, we really like the convenience of where it is, and the staff is great.

The staff was friendly and always at the front desk. They would greet and speak to us each time we passed but not in an overwhelming way. The pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. Rooms were clean and breakfast was a good variety. We will be back!
