ここは素晴らしいホテルでした。部屋はとても清潔で新しいのでよかったです。娘もこの素晴らしいシャワールームを使いたくて仕方がありませんでした。理想的な場所でした。すべての中心にあります。驚異的。楽しかった。

Stayed here with my two daughters We was on the 16th floor great views of the Christmas market. Breakfast was delicious too!

Nice hotel, with superb location. Was lucky to be upgraded to superior King room. Breakfast was nice.

Excellent rooms, helpful staff and overall very pleasant experience

Pros: The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was generally nice and comfortable. Cons: The windows in the room could not be opened. One of the beds seemed to be missing a layer of sheets compared to the other, which was odd and slightly uncomfortable. The mini-fridge was not cold enough, which made it difficult to keep drinks and snacks fresh. Additionally, the air conditioning would shut off by itself periodically, which was inconvenient and affected the overall comfort. Overall, while there were some positives, there are several areas that need improvement to enhance the guest experience.

The room was clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at Leonardo Royal Hotel and now I am hooked to try and find them in each city or country I travel to first. No need to worry about adding some personal care items to your luggage since they are readily available and accessible to use. Staff were very polite and helpful.

We were at a concert at symphony hall so really well located. Very nice room and pleasant staff. Only stayed one night so didn't really use the facilities. We thought the food and drinks were expensive so dined elsewhere

Great stay, good location and friendly staff. Would reccomend and stay again.
