Check in staff were attentive and helpful but wish they could’ve spoken more about what is available to use at this accommodation. Only negative I have is the shower took a while to heat up but other than that the stay was wonderful and slept a full 12 hours that night

If you want to use the hot water, you need to turn on the boost button by the boiler 20 minutes before you want to use it. Apartment was great for 1-2 nights, but it was lacking in some facilities - the TV wasn't properly connected to the Internet so couldn't use iPlayer or Netflix on the TV. There was no baking tray or roasting tray to be able to use the oven. The grill pan was filthy. The cups had to all be washed again. The dishwasher worked great and so did the fridge/freezer. Nice amenities in terms of sofa, placemats, teapot. Only four teabags for two people for three days. Reception is not open on Saturday or Sunday. There is no one site, they do have books and dvds to borrow at reception, but no one is there at the weekend. It was in a great location. Would stay again. Lightbulbs needed changing in the bedroom in the lamps as they kept flickering. There was also a lightbulb that stopped working in the kitchen. Only one plastic cup given in bathroom. But absolutely perfect location for the price. Although, be warned the bedrooms are not sound proof, please bring earplugs as there is a lot of noise outdoors.

ホテルは、ニューストリート鉄道駅から徒歩約20分の市内中心部にあります。チャイナタウンとバーミンガムの有名なオープンおよび屋内市場のすぐ隣です。コーチステーションはホテルから徒歩わずか5分です。
キッチンと部屋のすべての設備は良いです。すべてのスタッフはフレンドリーで丁寧で親切です。私の電子レンジはある日故障し、わずか5分で交換しました。本当に素晴らしいですし、間違いなくまた戻ってきます。

素敵なパブの上にある素晴らしいホテルで、*** Village のクラブやレストランへのアクセスも便利です。スタッフはフレンドリーです!!
部屋までの階段はとても急で、部屋はかなり狭く、かなり暑くなることがあります。

ゲゲストI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Leonardo Royal Hotel in Birmingham, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. This hotel is a true gem in the heart of the city, and I can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone visiting Birmingham.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team went out of their way to make me feel at home. I was thrilled to be upgraded to a deluxe room with a stunning view of Birmingham’s skyline, which added a special touch to my stay.
The room itself was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept like a dream every night! I loved the little touches, like the Nespresso machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, and the sleek bathroom with a powerful rain shower and luxurious toiletries. Everything felt well thought-out, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable.
The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The on-site restaurant was a highlight, offering a fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options, from fresh pastries and fruit to full English breakfast items. I also enjoyed a delicious dinner there one evening – the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the service was impeccable. The bar area was a great spot to unwind with a cocktail after a day of exploring the city.
The location of the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham is unbeatable, especially if you want to be in the heart of the action. It’s just a short walk from major attractions like the Bullring Shopping Centre, Birmingham New Street Station, and the vibrant Brindleyplace area, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I also appreciated how easy it was to get around the city, with excellent transport links nearby.
What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. When I needed recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, the concierge provided brilliant suggestions.
Overall, my stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Whether you’re in Birmingham for a weekend getaway, a business trip, or a special occasion, this hotel is the perfect choice. 広さ - 私は 20 平方メートルのアパートメントを選びました。Bloc は「日本の省スペース技術」に基づいて設計されており、そのことがわかります。この部屋は利用可能な部屋の中で一番大きく、1 人で泊まるには快適だと思いましたが、2 人用に販売されているので、少し窮屈に感じると思います。
レイアウト - 内装は素敵で、とても清潔です。清潔なタオルがたくさんあり、素敵な専用シャワー ルームがあります (水圧は低いですが)。ベッドルームとリビング ルームにテレビがありますが、Freeview しかありません。部屋は「ハイテク」と表現されており、照明とテレビはタッチ スクリーンで操作できます。 (テレビの操作も標準リモコンの方が簡単です)。
アメニティ - 部屋には無料のボトル入り飲料水 2 本、紅茶とコーヒーの小袋、ミルクの小袋、ロータス ビスケットがあります。電子レンジは利用できます (アパートメント内、ダブルルームにはない可能性があります)。部屋にはヘアドライヤーとコートハンガーがありますが、アイロンやアイロン台は見当たりません。リクエストに応じて利用できるかもしれませんが、出張のゲストには部屋にあると便利です。
睡眠 - 短期滞在には適度に快適なベッドです。窓を閉めていても夜中ずっと窓の外から雨音が聞こえ、眠りが浅い人には邪魔になるかもしれませんが、それ以外は静かな場所です。
価値 - 最高のロケーションと価格の割に比較的広々としたサイズを考えると、非常に価値があります。

FFamily Staycation2024年7月にステイシティ バーミンガムに3泊しました。trip.comでチェックインする前に宿泊料金を全額支払っていました。しかし、チェックアウトしてバーミンガムを離れた後、3泊分の料金がクレジットカードに再度請求されました。ホテルにメールを送って状況を説明したのに、今まで返事がありません。チェックアウト日から12日経っていました。ホテルの経営と顧客サービスにとても失望しています。顧客の懸念を無視することは受け入れられません。このような二重請求の経験がなければ、ホテルの評価に満点を付けたいと思います。アパートホテルの部屋、衛生状態、アメニティは本当に気に入っています。

SSfrixelReally unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously.
Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it.
Very very very unsatisfied.

MMike LutzA very pleasant stay in a clean room with decent amenities. The bed was comfy and I didn’t hear noise from other guests, it was good to have blackout blinds too. The location was perfect for my conference and walking distance to the city centre (about 15 mins). The breakfast is decent and there are snacks and drinks available as well.

しかし、ホテルは多くの改善が必要です!朝食ビュッフェは、食べ物を補充するのを待っています。トースターの場所のためにキューが並んでいなかったので、お茶のカップはどこにあるかスタッフに尋ね続けなければなりません。私が請求されたので、部屋で水を交換するように頼んだ場合に注意してください。しかし、文句を言った後、払い戻しを受けました..エグゼクティブルームは良かったが、スタンダードルームは素晴らしいものではないことは知っている。スタッフは良かったが、より良い組織が必要だった。プールエリアは古く、開閉時間を選んで選択するような設定時間がありません。ここでは、すべて言及されていないかなりの数の問題があり、レセプションに満足しておらず、他の顧客が不平を言っていることに気づきました..私たちは再び滞在することはありませんし、確かにせいぜい4つ星3ではありません..使用しなかったので、スパトリートメントについてコメントすることはできませんが、スパを見ると、周りにより良いものがあると確信しています。ゴルフコース 9 ホールは良好な状態ですが、ホテルの外のエリアは少し汚れているように片付ける必要があります。

ゲゲスト部屋とバスルームは広くてとても快適です。部屋には窓が3つあり、そのうち2つは開くことができます。暖房も良く、温度も適切です。新街駅は駅から60メートルの距離にあり、ホテルを見つけるのはとても簡単です。近くには闘牛場、グランドセンター、M&S、屋内マーケットなどがあり、ショッピングにも便利です。図書館やビクトリア広場などの観光スポットも近くにあるので、歩いて回れます。

TTaz MalikI like the normal central heating compared with some hotels that have electric heaters- because you can dry your clothes. Bonus that there is a wall plug -in socket by the bedside unit( which has drawers too. That way, you can charge your phone nearby when in bed. Mine was a single room. Loved the new bathroom with a dual shower( rainfall and flexible shower ( I hate fixed shower heads ). Plus point was the rubber/ plastic mat to use as you come out of the shower. It's such a reasonable rate at this hotel. Plus, it's great for single travellers - then you are not paying for a double room. Biscuits are also a plus and the huge TV screen with free Internet that's not limited
