こんにちは。私は韓国人です。ここギニビサウセビアホテルで現在、5泊6日を過ごしながら、ホテル従業員のサービスは韓国ホテル従業員と比較してみても遜色がないほど素晴らしかったですが、まだホテルの部屋では、電気ポート、そしてアイロンがないのは不便です。

都心に位置し商談にも最適

在當地屬於最好的酒店了，沒有之一。所以就不用評價了。説實話總體還可以，食物、衞生、服務都不錯。

I had a great stay, the hotel and rooms are nice and clean, the gym and the pool are nice as well, the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the restaurant has local dishes as well as international ones. I will definitely be staying here next time.

Most beautiful hotel in Bissau. Swimming pool area is most interesting and enjoyable place. The coffee shop and restaurant are really nice to hangout. Lobby is good place to meeting lot of people. Decoration is modern style and beautiful.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Bissau, the location is easily walkable to the main attractions. Hotel generously offers a free airport shuttle also. I didn't even book a ride in advance, but I saw the Ceiba worker at the airport and he took me there with no questions asked. Unfortunately, there is no bar, but the cafe sells some drinks until 10pm. At times the cafe isn't capable of making change, and the credit card machine doesn't always work. The rooms at the hotel are very nice and everything worked well, including hot water and AC. Only difficulty at the hotel was lack of English skills, particularly in the restaurant. I wasn't able to get some basic answers back about if certain dishes were vegetarian or not.

Although the hotel is beautiful and lovely, and the rooms comfortable, Hotel Ceiba charged me in local currency nearly DOUBLE the price as was booked and confirmed on *********** (in Euro). My multiple attempts to contact the hotel and rectify the situation have led nowhere--i.e. no response at all from the hotel. A WARNING to everyone: Please be careful of a bait-and-switch tactic with a confirmed room price and the one actually charged to your credit card, as you might be scammed by this property. A real shame, as this is a nice place in a wonderful country.

This place gets a 10 in my book. The rooms were very good and the bathroom offered every toiletry I could imagine needing. Beautiful pool. Gorgeous dining room with fantastic breakfast buffet. No real bar, but the "cafe" offers wine, beer and cocktails, including an excellent caipirinha. Selection of tasty lighter snacks and meals, as well as desserts. Plenty of elevators. Super courteous, english-speaking staff. Beautiful lobby. Would highly recommend!!

I went for lunch with my family. Their meals were nice but mine was disappointing. The Black Rice with Shrimp barely had any shrimp. It felt wrong because of the high prices Ceiba charged and the large amount of shrimp available in the country. The rice didn't taste of shrimp. When I asked for more they added 1 shrimp. When I asked for the complaint book they said they didn't have one. The waiters were polite and appologetic.

Best hotel in Guinea Bissau, was very impressed with security and the efficiency of the hotel personnel. Fantastic facilities, top class premises, just a bit disappointed with some dishes of the hotel restaurant.

Gorgeous modern hotel with delightful pool. Staff welcoming, safe, clean, reliable internet and electricity. Extremely comfortable, well sized room, good shower . Well situated in city. Breakfast excellent. Eclectic guests. Very clean.

Minha estadia foi perfeita. O quarto era confortável e espaçoso, a equipe foi sempre muito atenciosa e não só o quarto como as áreas comuns estavam muito limpas. Espero me hospedar novamente para pode aproveitar a piscina e conhecer mais da região.

Estuvimos 5 días en este espectacular hotel, ubicado en la capital de Guinea Bissau encontramos este oasis en forma de hotel . Ibamos con miedo de acertar con la elección de los hoteles ( estuvimos en tour por 4 países africanos) y en este caso puedo afirmar que es el mejor hotel en el que estuvimos ( y ya llevo unos cuantos). Comida súper buena y correcta, por ponerle algún “pero”, me pareció la carta un poco corta sobre todo en vinos, pero también es cierto que todo lo que había estaba muy bueno y los vinos eran muy acertados. Los exteriores son espectaculares ambientados en el país con una piscina muy grande e imperiosa en la terraza en la que el atardecer era uno de los momentos estrellas del que disfrutamos en este hotel. Las habitaciones amplias silenciosas y las camas más que cómodas, almohadas espectaculares y limpieza extrema. Sin duda volvería sin pensármelo, un gran acierto. ENHORABUENA HOTEL CEIBA
