Apar**ent was perfect for us. Well equipped and comfortable., everything we needed. Shower worked perfectly as did all the kitchen equipment, nice TV, both in lounge and bedroom. James met us when we got there and sorted out a parking permit for us. We had no issues parking in the next road on the road which is included in the parking permit and then managed to get a space inn Withnell Road for the rest of the week. We did not need to bother James with any issues, but really good to know that he was on hand in the building if we had any major issues. Had a really busy week in Blackpool seeing lots of shows and the lights and all easily accessible from the apar**ent, around 45 minute walk to tower, or 15 minutes on the tram, stops at either pleasure beach or south pier which is a few minutes walk. Bus to Lytham or St Annes, a few minutes walk away.

A quiet, lovely apar**ent with everything you will need for your stay. A friendly warden that lives on site, if you need anything. Close to all Blackpool has to offer.

Let down at last minute,( 2 days to go ) as the apar**ents had been infested with bed bugs One reason not to book with them ever again ! Saved long and hard to have this break and ended up with nowhere to go as the recommendations they sent were not suitable .

The rooms were very clean and comfortable would stay again.

We recently stayed here, with friends three adults and three children in total and it was lovely, clean and spacious. Had all the essentials and even had netflix and free WiFi. Would definitely stay again

The property was superb. Very clean, everything u need. The location was brilliant for everything. James couldn't have been more helpful. Will definitely stay there again next time we visit Blackpool. Thank you all who made this trip very enjoyable.

Apar**ent wasn’t as expected with basic amenities missing. Space was very limited and unfortunately not to our liking. To be fair, they have mentioned a laundromat ‘nearby’, but without a washing machine it definitely isn’t convenient. No basic condiments: items: coffee, tea or sugar provided. Arrangement of the apar**ent was quite queer and the bathroom was minute and en suite the bedroom which proved inconvenient for the person sleeping on the sofa bed to disturb if needed use. Needless to say no basic toiletries were provided and only included a hand wash. Thankfully there was fridge for our like one’s food! The pictures are nothing like the apar**ent we were given; bathroom and lounge pictures very deceptive. Apart from the shabby architecture the entrance door was so inconveniently built that people cannot enter even comfortably, as soon as it’s opened, it’s gridlocked and has to be closed in order for the person to get behind the door and property enter the house. Also, they expect the apar**ent to be kept clean before checkout, without any cleaning material provided whatsoever! No kitchen cloths/disinfectant spray or vacuum cleaner for the rooms; I suppose that we do though pay for the cleaning of the place after checkout…Parking was tough to locate as this is part of a row of aparthotels and basically you’ve got to figure out which spot belongs to the property. A simple signage at the back of the ‘unnamed street’ (as the parking location description was) would certain

The apar**ents are located by the south shore, behindcthe velvet coaster and close to the pleasure beach. Our apar**ent was very spacious with plenty of privacy and easy secure access.

Fantastic weekend in a comfortable apar**ent near the Pleasure Beach, quieter than the central and north piers. Would stay here again.
