Amazing hotel extremely massive and the staff supported in getting a better room nearby the lift.

Nice service, there is a lot of facilities but I'm going to Blackpool for competition so I have no time to enjoy it. It is quite suitable for family trip. And the tram stop just the walking distance from the hotel it is convenient.

The Hotel was too big and very noisey for an OLD couple,and we stayed only for 1 night, will NOT RETURN but for younger people and families, it was very good

Friendly staff very helpful food was amazing i would defo stay again

Was about disappointed in the cleanliness off the place met some lovely people would I stay again no the pool and sauna gym was nice

Room was not clean at all. When we entered for the first time, there was a dirty towel covered in hair on the floor. The weather was too hot at night and we felt a lot of suffocation. On top of that, we could only open the windows about 2 centimetres.

Convenient for the event we attended, wasn't 100% clean but it wasn't awful, the TV in the room was very small as well.

I stay here every year for a convention it is ideal for what we need staff are excellent very polite and helpful

Place looks very tired in need of very overdue facelift Staff are great

This is the second time Ive stayed hear in a month and both times the reception manager has been rude and abusive towards me she is discrasefull and if i try to say anything back to her in reply she phones police and tells lies about people to get u arrested she's horrible there is no need for her attitude towards the guests

4th Floor room, great sea view soon spoiled by multiple reasons. Is an old hotel that needs updating.
