Lyndawn Hotel

I was able to check in early as my room was ready. The owners were really nice they even changed Breakfast time for my friends who wanted a later breakfast. My room was just right for me. Bed was comfy. Everything was clean. Hairdryer Kettle plenty of tea and coffee. No internal or external noise. Loved the breakfast just perfect even warm beans! Will book here again next time we visit Blackpool for sure.

Lovely hotel about 20 mins walk from blackpool tower Angela upgraded us which was a lovely surprise ,bed was very comfy and breakfast was plentiful ,stayed at a few different places in blackpool but now we have found the 1 we would happily come to again in the future

Brilliant bed and breakfast located near central pier, friendly and welcoming owners, lovely rooms and a great breakfast in the mornings to set you up for your day. Great bar for either a drink to set up a night out or a night cap before retiring to your room.

We had a fantastic stay at the Lyndawn. Angela was so welcoming and friendly. We stayed 4 nights so received a welcome pack, the extra things people might forget to pack. Breakfast was amazing. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Although we didn't use the bar, it looked cosy and clean. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Best bnb in blackpool so far! Have had some lovely experiences at guest houses in Blackpool but the Lyndawn really impressed. Prior to arrival Tom was very helpful with guiding us on parking. On arrival it was quiet so we were given a choice of rooms they all looked immaculate and inviting. We chose one witn a bunk bed which gave us some extra storage space a rarity in these parts! Location really good easily walk to many places. The brekkie was good too. Small bar I'm not sure if it's open all year but enjoyed a baileys with Angela and some of the other guests. Wouldn't hesitate to book again I wish Tom and Angela all the very best in this venture they are cut out for this industry. Thanks!

A great little hotel that provides everything you need. It was clean & comfortable and being just out of the main area, very quiet for a good night's sleep. However it is still ideally located with a tram stop just at the end of the road. The cooked breakfast was an ideal start to the day and the host's were very obliging without being overbearing. Definitely recommend

Just back from a Fri -Monday stay, me and my grandson where there for a football tournament so up early mornings and out, the cooked breakfast was nice fresh and hot and Angie cooked just what you wanted, my grandson loved his toast and Nutella 😁 followed by his sausages and eggs, plenty to choose from at brekkie, tables all set out with your orange juice and anything you needed, a lovely clean b&b, plenty of fresh towels and toiletries was an added bonus, beds very comfortable, had a fantastic few nights sleep, shower was lovely and warm and had good power, Angie and Tom were excellent hosts, very accommodating, wish I had more time to have a chats with you both but I’m sure we will when we return, this wee place is next to everything, 2 minute to the beach and trams are the same, if you need to get them but we managed to walk everywhere, Tom will sort a parking space if you let him know you need one, Thanks again for a very pleasant stay, see you soon x

Well what can I say after a poor start to our new year break Angie and Tom had 2 available rooms for our stay, as we could not stay in our original B & B. Angie and Tom were great hosts and very welcoming. A full english breakfast to start the day very nice too plenty of tea and coffee and juice. and dark brown toast just as us brummies like it. Thank you Angie and Tom for an excellent couple of days. will definitely return

Angie and Tom are great hosts nothing too much trouble, luckily for us they had 2 rooms available after we could not stay in our original B & B. A lovely welcome, 2 en-suite rooms on the 1st floor stocked with tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary toiletries and towels also provided. A great lounge and bar area with separate dining area for breakfast. Breakfast was amazing cereal to start, full English breakfast with plenty of toast complimented by tea or coffee and orange juice. We will definitely return.
