We ran a five day conference here for 20 or so people mixed Europeans and Africans. Clean comfortable hotel in a largely residential area. Certainly one of the better hotels that I have stayed in in Africa. The food served in the restaurant was a a very good standard and quite reasonably priced. Staff were all really good and helpful. A great place for a conference.

Dinner well prepared and tasty. We were welcomed with an excellent service. As a couple we enjoyed the meal and we will visit the hotel again. I would recommend the hotel to other couples because they will appreciate the services offered by Lotus hotel.

A must visit place during your stay in Blantyre. The Asian food served during our stay was delicious. The staff service and the attention to detail highly appreciated. A place to visit and enjoy the tasty food and the service. A very welcome place in Blantyre.

Excellent service from the staff at hotel and wonderful dinner from Cinnamon Grill chef and team. Would highly recommend this as a place for stay during business or family visits to Blantyre. Looking forward to my next visit to enjoy the lovely experience.

I was always complaining about Hot water, the AC wasn't working, Always. " What is a staycation with cold water ?? . You can do better. The food was alright. Not the best but alright. The customer service was a 0/10 Then the dog barks my God 💔.

The restaurant offered a delightful array of tantalising dishes that were like having a party in my mouth. I was most impressed by the attention to detail and the fact that tye restaurant manager Mr Chamika took tine to know mybpreferences and ensured my taste buds were always delighted. During my stay, the restaurant was nothing short of happiness 😊

Very smart the place. It’s just awesome. We had a nice food. The weather was awesome. The environment is too smart. The environment is good. The people are so friendly. The waitresses are friendly. The manager approaches people with the humanity.

Very nice environment with well prepared meals. Well welcome by the staff. Felt at home with the staff around. Serving was done in few minutes time after ordering. Nice experience being the first time.

Lotus hotel management and staff are very kind and helpful. They arrange Indian food like Vegetable Biryani,Coconut Roti and many more items which are delicious to taste. I will recommend this hotel to any Indian who is coming to Malawi....Very nice and kindfull hotel.. Restaurant staff excellent.
