We always stay at this hotel. Clean and close to shops and restaurants.

This was such a disappointment, we booked an executive Suite for R2233 for the night. The website said, slippers and hairdryer in the suite, none of that was available. The toilet in the bathroom was leakung all over the floor. The phone was not working as well. When I went down to reception to talk to the Manager on duty, she was also not on site. They called her and she laughed about this. So at half past nine at night, we were tired, disgusted and furios with no service. It was supposed to be a romantic evening away, but urned out to be a disaster. If we camped in a tent, it would have been much better. Management needs to step up and provide what is promised and paid for. I would seriously advice people not to stay here at all!!!!!

The rooms are very neat and the facilities are upmarket and trendy. Wonderful roof top bar and safe parking. Great value for money. The area is not the best but with safe access and parking there is no concerns.

The carpet in front of the bathroom was soaking wet. We had to shower in boiling water because there was something wrong with the tap. toilet flash mechanism was broken. We have reported it on the fist day, but nothing was done.
The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was ok.

A pleasant new hotel with all modcons. A good stop over on the way south a few mins from the N1. Full credit to the friendly bar and restaurant staff. Thanks for assistance with an early breakfast too.
