ブルーミントン・イン・I-55・アンド・I-74(Bloomington Inn by I-55 and I-74)

The hotel looks like it’s 1 step away from filing bankruptcy and being abandoned. Total mess. They also charged us twice for our stay and are refusing to refund one of the charges. Will never stay here again, would rather sleep in my car!

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Our room was filthy with hair in the shower. There was a crack pile left in the nightstand. Do not stay here under any circumstances.

So when we got there to check in they told us they were all booked up, no explanation apology and we were still charged for the room. Now we’re just waiting to see if we’re going to get our 128.00 back!

Outside of property is very run down and looks deserted. No cars in parking lot (not even the 1 employee). Lobby was clean and room was recently updated cosmetically but not mechanically. No ice, no coffee, AC worked but squealed so loud I just sweated without it. For $84 it wasn’t horrible, but I’m sure for $10 more I could have found some place more inviting.

The inn was in noway ready for occupancy, i checked in to no lighting, working television. The management did try to make it bearable but i was extremely disappointed for the money i spent. The beds and bedding were brand new and very comfortable as was the a/c unit.

The hotel was being remodeled and was not ready for use. the bedroom was ok but the bathroom was terrible. The sink was full of drywall/paint drips, which was found all over the bathroom and the floor was very dirty. We should not have been charged full price when they obviously were not ready to open.

no elevator made the reservations through ******* when arrived was told we had NO reservations At 11 pm this was not the news we wanted to hear. Was told they didn't honor ******* any more. some manager finally got us a room. This was a 2 day stay. They didnt do any housekeeping or fresh towels during our stay.

When I arrived the desk attendant said they were renovating the property. The only thing that seemed renovated was the lobby. Staff was very sp**** and nobody was there after 9pm. Had to enter the building through a card lock door on either end of the building which was poorly lit. A little scary at night even though I’m a man. Much of the properties several separate buildings was literally a dump with piles of old building materials in several place and the buildings themselves falling apart. My room was old and definitely not renovated. Was told hot water was being piped from a separate building. Took over 10 minutes to get luke warm on 2 of the 3 times I used it.

The phone wasn't even hooked up. No maid service. No ice. Horrible place.
