We have stayed here before and would definitely stay here again. Staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms are nice, dark, and quiet.

No complaints, staff is great, nice pool, large hot tub, good breakfast and can get it to-go.

I booked with the believe that breakfast was included. It was not. It was actually one of my search conditions. So, false advertisement.

The morning that I checked out, there was only one person at the front, who was on the phone, while three people were waiting in line. He didn't look up at us nor say I will be with you in a moment, just didn't care. The only reason that I was in line was just to let them know that in the shower of my room there was no soap in the soap dispenser. Luckily I had my own. I have stayed here on several occasions this is the first time I have been let down.

Worn, outdated, musty smell in hallways and room. We were charged for coffee in the morning, most hotels offer it complimentary, furniture in room dented, scratched and dirty. Pillows and mattress were uncomfortable, flat. Bathroom outdated, strong bleach smell. Windows dirty. Air conditioning was very noisy, clunky. Woke us up every time the fan came on. Got a rash from the pool and I had to pick up large pieces of broken glass from the parking lot around our truck before we could leave. Hilton certainly isn’t what it used to be. They also charge a $30.00 convenience fee that we got two different explanations for. Still don’t understand it.

Wouldn’t be one of my top choices to book again, especially when kids are with. There are better options in Twin Cities for same price. No microwave in room (one in lobby), mini fridge very small and not effective cooling, pool seating area very close to pool, pillows ****** (not much to them), there was pee on the toilet seat when we arrived and no liners in garbage bins. Parking is free which is always a blessing.
