The staff welcoming us at check in were very nice, well spoken, and knowledgeable. The cookies at check in were a nice touch. The room was spacious and the check-out time was generous, noon. Only a few problems: the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty, but I only discovered in the morning while I was taking a shower, there were a few stray hairs still on the bathroom floor around the shower, the hot water carafe in the lobby was not kept hot so I had to warm up hot chocolate in my room microwave, and the cable TV didn't work in the morning, so we had no reason to stay for the late check out. We appreciated the hot breakfast in the morning and it was a good start to our day. I'd be willing to use Hampton Inns again.

This location was perfect for a weekend getaway. I had an event that I had to sign up for and at the last minute I booked this hotel. It was conveniently located next to the highways. You had the conveniences of stores and restaurants very close by everything was within a 5 to 10 minute drive which was absolutely perfect for us. The hotel accommodations were very nicestyle up-to-date. The front desk staff was truly amazing very welcoming, very professional and seem to enjoy working there. Overall, I will give the hotel 10 stars if I could.

Beautiful room. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Only complaint: Please get rid of the large containers of soap, shampoo, lotion, etc. Not only is the quality lacking, I don’t like sharing those amenities with strangers.

Our Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay. Our room was very spacious, clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

This Hampton appears to be a newer facility which was very nice. Very close to I77. The only glitch was my assigned room still had the bed and room not cleaned up from the previous guest and I arrived around 8pm. I was quickly given a new room.

The staff are really nice and welcoming, especially the front desk staff. I would say the cleaning staff could do a better job with making sure the beds are properly made up and there are no sheets with hairs or stains used.

We booked and prepaid for a room with a king size bed but upon arrival at 7:30 pm we were advised that they did not have the room available only rooms with 2 double beds. Nigel the front desk clerk was very sympathetic about not being able to provide the room that we had booked so he upgraded our room. Nigel (I believe that was his name ) was very pleasant and very profesional. Our room and beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The only negative observation was the bathroom was not cleaned up to standards. There was a used towel hanging on the hook of the bathroom door and the mirrors were very dirty or should I say not cleaned properly, you could not see your self on it. It seems that whatever they used to clean it was not buffed out. I had to take some cleanex and clean a small area so I could see myself. I am assuming that the housekeeping person that cleaned the room prior to our arrival was inexperienced and there was no quality control in place.
