The room was very nice. Small coffee maker and refrigerator. Comfortable bed. Room was quiet. The water pressure in the shower was dismal. I tried to see if I could fix it. I think it was a water saver. Barely any water came out of the shower head. There is only weekly maid service. Early in the pandemic this was normal. I thought, now, maid service was back on. There was no way to opt in to service. The location is good. The staff was nice.

I just love the convince and location for this hotel. Clean and everything is close by. Restaurants, mall,fuel.

THE PROPERTY WAS UNDER RENOVATION AND THE FRONT DESK STAFF WASN'T ATTENTIVE. OVERALL THE LOCATION WAS GREAT!!

I liked the self parking with plenty of space. I didn’t like that the rear entrance doors did not work with the room key I guess because of construction to the first floor wing.

Enjoyed the hotel, although on the Friday - February 16 - morning, the female doing the breakfast did not even acknowledge me and stood at the oven singing to herself, I was really amazed that she could not even say, Can I help you and take my order, but no,, Personally I felt it was a race issue toward a white person and she really poor service to a hotel customer. Thank you for this opportunity to bring to the hotels attention.

You need to ask everyday to change the towels. They won’t take the garbage unless you ask. And they didn’t fix the bed at all for 7 days.

The hotel was quiet and we enjoyed the relaxing hot tub. Our bathroom toilet was made for a midget and was way too small for the average adult. We were very disappointed with the front desks welcome and having to pay extra for breakfast. It was a rip off. Paid $21 for a breakfast sandwich and juice. A misleading notion for “breakfast included”.

It was very good but the housekeeping staff does not clean or makeup beds and you have to ask them for clean and/or extra towels and we stayed 5 nights. Also there is construction in hotel which prevented us from using the closest door to our room. If you use the elevator you have to walk around the hotel near the front entrance. We were in the back and had to climb stairs.

gym was closed, with no advance warning, over the course of two days they never cleaned room, replaced towels, coffee, cups. staff was rude.

Very nicely furnished, clean room, comfortable bed, nice breakfast options. Restaurant within walking distance for dinner. Convenient to 95 but not near heavy traffic.

Rooms were not ready until well after check in time and there’s some sort of work going on on first floor. Looks like mold mitigation. Extremely loud.

It was a sweet place to stay. The bed is very comfortable and it is a great location, close to many restaurants. We were only there one night and I would definitely return in the future.
