I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at Le Méridien Bodrum Beach Resort.

Amount paid: 185,477.60 RUB
For a 5-star property under the Marriott Bonvoy brand, and at this price point, the level of service we received fell far below any reasonable expectation. Over the course of two days we encountered a series of failures:
1. Check-in delays. We were kept waiting at reception with no clear explanation, which set a poor tone from the very first moment.
2. Wrong room assignment. The room we were given did not match our booking, requiring further delays and back-and-forth to resolve.
3. Poor food and beverage service. Service in the restaurant was effectively absent. Even basic requests were mishandled — staff were repeatedly unable to prepare a proper coffee, something that should be a given in a hotel of this category.
4. General indifference and lack of coordination. The most disappointing part was the attitude. Promises made by one staff member were not honored by another. Departments did not communicate, commitments were not followed through, and overall there was a clear sense that guest satisfaction was simply not a priority.
We chose your hotel expecting the standard associated with Le Méridien and Marriott. Instead, our short stay was marked by disorganization and a complete disconnect between what was promised and what was delivered.
I would like this matter to be reviewed seriously and I am requesting appropriate compensation for the experience — whether in the form of a partial refund, a future stay credit, or Marriott Bonvoy points. I would appreciate a response within 7 business days.

Отель был пустой, завтраки бедные, еда не очень. На фото всё красиво, в Реале не так. Не скажу , что плохо , но переехали в Макс Рояль —небо и земля, стало жалко потраченных денег на этот отель.

Lokasyon olarak Bodruma uzak. Fakat bulunduğu koy muhteşem. Kış sezonu olması nedeni ile çok fazla otelde kalım yoktu. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli idi.
