It’s a beautiful hotel, well located, service is not good… even the staff is really nice but informations is not clear, I booked because it supposed to have a bathtub according to the Hotel profile amenities but it’s not true… the staff tried to apologize and said it was mistake, they promised to invite me a drink in the bar but they never did. I tried to extend one more night and they did not keep the same price, second night was way higher and expensive, anyway I stayed one more night. Second day, the cleaning ladies started knocking my door at 10 am, told them to wait cuz I was there, and they kept coming every 30 minutes to ask… even when they knew my check out what the same day 2 hours later… I told the front desk staff the issue and they apologized again and the gave me a free chocolate… even the hotel is nice, I didn’t have a great time, rooms are average, bed is normal queen size, they called the room “city view” but the room faced a building, breakfast was just okay. I won’t recommend this hotel, only because is well located but there are plenty of more options in the area.

I really enjoy mi stay at this property, every service was amazing and the staff is very kind, my room was perfectly clean the variety at both restaurants is delicious, Maria at the front desk is always willing to help and Mercedes had an incredible service. I always want to come back every time that i have to travel to Bogota.

Be aware that the hotel will charge you at least 10% more than quoted, saying it's due to their exchange rate. When booking directly, the hotel can only be booked in "USD" and you have to pay in COP so there is no way of avoiding their scam if booking directly. The rooms are very poorly insulated, so it is very noisy and you can hear when people walk by in the hallway. Breakfast was OK, but service was poor. Wasn't easy to get the attention of the staff and had to ask to get more coffee or to order of the menu. Location is great, but I found the Hilton nearby to be much better. And I would never book here again, because you might pay 10% more than quoted, but they might change their exchange rate to charge even more...

I spent 3 nights in The Artisan D.C. Hotel and the minute I walked in I felt welcomed. Maria and Jhon from the front desk went for the extra mile, helped me, a first time visitor to navigate in Bogota by answering all my questions I had and giving me extremely useful recommendations too. Apart from the great service, the room is spacious, layout is perfect so as the bed and bathroom - things you can only get in a 5 star hotel. Location is also perfect to explore the city.

Our stay at the artisan DC was amazing. I loved the styling of the rooms and the ambiance in general. The bar was very cozy and all the staff was so friendly and kind. They helped us with luggage storage and transportation from and to the hotel. The breakfast was amazing too, lots of options to choose from. I recommend this hotel to everyone that wants to be in a central and safe area. There are plenty of restaurants around. We also went to their sister hotel Marriott On T zone to celebrate Christmas and I recommend them too. The service and food were top notch.

The property is very nice and has a cozy and welcoming lobby. The staff is wonderful and go out of their way to help guests. I found the room to be a little small, but its well furnished and usable, just not a lot of room for your lugagge or shopping. The restaurant has terrific Asian food and there are so many options a few minutes walk from here!

Booked one night before our flight home to Europe. Used Suite Night Awards and got a very nice - spacious, clean and stylishly appointed Suite. The hotel is located in a business district so very quiet between Xmas and new year. Though great restaurants all in walking distance. As our flight got cancelled, we got to enjoy an additional night - reservation extended with the receptionist in one go - that is what true customer service looks like. We also enjoyed the breakfast: there is a buffet and then you get to order a cooked dish as well. Great choice and quality. The same goes for the Bar - had a night cup on the first evening. Very well managed property and will certainly return on the next occasion.

Enjoyed my two night stay at this hotel located near the gastronomy 'zona' in Bogotá. Staff was lovely, very clean suite, tasty breakfast options and options for dinner if desired. The spa services are new but I wasn't able to try. Highly recommend.

What a great hotel! The location in Chapinero Alto is perfect - very safe with lots of different restaurants nearby. The breakfast was amazing (there was so much to choose from) and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the asian restaurant that is connected to the hotel. I'd definitely stay here again.
