ホテル B3 ビレイ(Hotel B3 Virrey)

El desayuno en el hotel es muy bueno ! Hay sopa colombiana y muchas frutas.

Only stayed for a night. The rooms are VERY small but clean. My friend and I booked a room with two beds and they didn’t have the room type available so they gave us two rooms with single beds instead. Not sure if the double bed room would’ve been a better size. That being said the hotel is very clean. Bell staff is nice. Front desk is pretty curt and check in process took a long time.

Amazing and welcoming service. I stayed just for one night, and my flight was departing very early in the morning so they prepared me a breakfast box to carry with me as the breakfast time was later than my check out

Beware of rip-offs! At checkout, unauthorized services were billed for over 400 euros, minibar alone for 250 euros. Only after 1 hour of discussion was it relented and it was confirmed that the wrong prices had been set... we agreed on 80 euros... still an absolute impudence... admit it … get a list all receipts and ask for receipts!

The service was excellent and the room was clean, but there area around the hotel is noisy and the room was small and hot.

All was well-- EXCEPT-- for some reason they had the second elevator shut down during the day on all 5 days I was there. Don't know why they insisted on doing that, but it was a large inconvenience that felt like was not needed.

Not the best hotel I’ve stayed in Bogota, however, this hotel has everything you need. The breakfast is great and their restaurant food is amazing. I was present at the latest earthquake and the staff are well trained to evacuate visitors. Good job!

Nice hotel, in a quite and calm area where you can enjoy Bogota City

I was not pleased with my stay at the hotel. I had made reservations weeks prior for 2 rooms with two beds and when I arrived they did not have the rooms I requested available. They were tiny and not what I had requested/paid for. The next day they moved us to try and accommodate us. But still not exactly what we had requested. But we decided to stay. Then they said they finally got the rooms we needed available and asked us to move again. When I asked if we could just stay where we were, they said the couldn’t do that and we needed to stay in the rooms we had originally booked. After we had to accommodate their error, you’d think they would just let us keep our rooms. Well, my parents room had a clogged toilet. When my dad went downstairs to ask for someone to please fix it, they said they didn’t have anyone available at that time and they gave him a bucket so he could try and fix it himself. The walls are also SUPER THIN. We could hear our neighbors too clearly. I would not recommend this hotel.
