ザ クリック クラック ホテル(The Click Clack Hotel Bogota)

The rooms are pretty small and no air conditioning. The safe in the room is not bolted. As my room has a balcony, one could break in (easiy street access since Im on the 2nd floor) and walk away with the aafe and all the contents.

Very comfortable beds and a nice surprise to get hot showers in Colombia however the hotel is very very noisy. Rooftop bar noise permeates through the floors until the early hours followed by hectic bustling road noise. Minbar snacks are a nice touch but being charged for bottled water when that’s the only option is not something I would expect with this level of hotel.

The hotel is ‘trendy’ but this really means it’s a cover for average service at check in desk and an absolutely unbelievably noisy location with rooftop ‘rave’. We stayed 3 weeks ago and rooms were split across floors so requested that on our return we were close together- no such luck. This time split across 2 floors with a rave above our heads until about 1am then loud road and street noise until 4am. To be charged for water in the room is a p*stale in Bogota- having travelled across the whole of Colombia this is the only stay to do this. Breakfast is excellent, cannot fault it. Beds are comfy. Beware that the concept of city views is very limited with rooms suggesting blinds are not to be opened. Front desk service slow and poor.

The hospitality at this hotel has been excellent - from time of check-in through to service in the restaurants and bars, everything has been fantastic. The rooftop bar offers excellent views of the city and the food was very well presented and tasty.

Loved the room the only detail was that the AC was not powerful enough and it got extremely hot during the morning

Unfortunately the room did not have air-conditioning and did not provide any confort during mid afternoon hours. The staff was attentive and try to help by providing a portable air-conditioning system, but unfortunately it wasn't strong enough to lower the temperature of the room. The room was boiling hot.

The staff is great....very friendly and helpful. The decor is very cool. The location is great. Everything was easy and as expected. This was our second visit to this hotel.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. It's boutique in every sense of the word but without the pretentious feel.

Everything was 10/10! Location, service and quality were the best. I’ve stayed in hotels in London, Paris, NYC, Chicago, LA and this hotel is right up there with the best. Hotel bar, breakfast and rooftop terrace were great!
