Excelente

The location is excellent and the staff is courteus, helpful and informative. It has a small gym, and a very nice open terrace with comfortable heating. We were in a room facing the street which was very noisy since we kept the windows open. We were immediately moved to another room in the back which was very quiet. We had a great stay. My only issue was that the hotel does not have central ventilation, which normally is not an issue since Bogota has very comfortable weather. It was unreasonably hot during our stay and the windows do not open sufficiently to ventilate the room. They did give us a fan which helped in the evenings. We were out most of the day, but would have been uncomfortably hot in the middle of the day to be in the room

Everything was nice and clean, staff polite and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay here.

Second stay at this hotel, first time we stayed the bed had some hairs, we thought it was a one time occurrence, however I thought giving a second chance and this stay also have hairs not only on the bed and sheets but all the pillows. Definitely it is a fact that they don’t change the sheets.

My room did not have AC, and rooms were with windows open during the day, I guess to let the rooms get fresh air. Maybe the rooms only have a small air duct. At night the rooms were hot, and on top of that very noisy. No beverages in the room available to consume/purchase. Limited staff in the front area, sometimes none to guide new guests.

Perfect place to visit Bogota, for us was wonderful. Area is perfect when you want to visit doctors or take health exams, the hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and the staff always ready to help. definitely we will stay again.

Very nice locación, hotel with excelent service and great staff.

It’s my second time staying in this property. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I will be returning!
