ヴィアヘロ ボゴタ ホステル & スパ(Viajero Bogota Hostel & Spa)

The hostel hosted Salsa lessons when I went on a Monday night. The instructor was great and we learned a lot. Also there is a free spa membership included in the hostel booking. I used the sauna everyday I was there. So relaxing. The best part was the host, Saris, who made all us strangers feel like long lost friends meeting again. Would highly recommend.

The place itself was ok. Good location and nice rooms. The day we arrived the hostel was having a concert in the lobby at 23.00. I’m very happy with social happenings during a hostel stay, but I was tired and wanted to sleep. The noise was incredible and they kept at it until at least 01.00. Also the rooms was more dirty than i’m used to. Dust on the floor and stains on the sheets. Wifi was really slow. Service was good.

The room was fairly spacious with individual lockers and privacy curtains at the beds. The shower was amazing and hot. Breakfast was nice and the staff were always really helpful - they helped resolve an issue with the room and offered something for the inconvenience. The spa is really lovely and Daisy provided an excellent massage. I would stay again for the spa as it’s fun that the steam/sauna room are included.

I hope I have had more time to enjoy this wonderful place, the rooms, areas, staff and food are amazing! The sauna is totally included and it is wonderful! The prices are really good on all things.

Absolutely fantastic, the staff was super helpful and kind. The other travelers I made friends with were so fun, really appreciated the air conditioning in the rooms. Also, 3 steam rooms and 1 sauna included with your reservation were sooooo great for the days when you want to just relax. Absolutely recommend

The service was ok, the food is excellent. But the room has mold, the bed are not comfortable et towel are disgusting. I will not stay there next time. The wifi is very slow speed.

it is an incredible hostel and offers many amenities. Camila and Sarah are incredibly welcoming and it honestly feels like a second home. there is always a smile on all the staffs face and you meet people from all over the world. the only thing id request is to bring back laundry services!!

This Viajero was a 6 story hotel that has been made into a hostel. I liked it. Looking out from a fifth floor hallway window up to Monserate, pretty tasty breakfasts, friendly staff, tap and local beer, pretty good food. It is within walking distance of several museums and tourist points of interest. The crowd is mostly young, but a few of us old folks slip in from time to time. Probably one of the best garden showers in my room!

What a horrible experience. First they gave us a room with a shattered Window. Then they gave us another, we couldn't get the AC to work. Apearently you have to ask them to set it from the main control panel. BUT it didn't work either. The hot pools, are extra charge, which seems very bizzare. Over all I got the feeling that they didn't care about us and it seems to be run by untrained kids.
