とても寒いです！換気扇から冷たい風が部屋の中に、ベッドに吹き付けられます！しかも、全室そうだとフロントで言われたのに、止められません。私たちは暖かい服を着て、頭まで毛布で覆って寝ました！ひどい！良いホテルなのに、旅行中に凍えたり病気になったりするなんて、一体何の意味があるのでしょう！あなたのせいで、私たちは部屋を出た後、吐いてしまいました。このホテルはお勧めしません！それに、部屋には湯沸かしポットもスリッパもありません。

ボローニャの名所を巡るために市内を旅していた際、フロントデスクのスタッフは非常に親切でした。食事、部屋、快適な空気、そして中心部の立地は最高でした。ボローニャにまた来たら、サンホテル・レジーナに泊まります。素晴らしい仕事ぶりでした！

It was a very good and comfortable hotel the Location was in the centre for me was perfect, the staff were so nice and helpful , the breakfast was good , I recommend this hotel and it will be my place every time I visit Bologna.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. WiFi was ok and breakfast was quite various.

Hotel is located in the center of Bologna, very easy to reach from the city center and train station by foot or bike. The room is a little small, which is quite common in Europe, but the quality is decent. Breakfast in okay, not the greatest but also not the worst. Very friendly staff.
