I think our world is doomed
The remote check-in with an operator located in India, is shameless
Nothing wrong with the operators who were efficient and kind but I think this kind of check in marks the beginning of the end and it is ugly
Also, the ac is super noisy and together the dehumidifier make sleeping impossible
Worst hotel experience ever! Room had black mold on ceiling around big water stain on ceiling and down the wall. Room air quality was horrible with musty smell. No staff on site. No management on property. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Stayed here 2 nights during part of a two week trip. We arrived to find out the pool was closed. We tried to cancel the reservation and get a refund, to go elsewhere so our kids would have a pool, but no luck. Room is non-refundable, so it was either be stuck with it, or lose the money and find something else last minute.
The workout room was dirty. I wiped down the weights I used, and the wipe was pretty dirty. So I started wiping down any equipment I used, before I used it, and all the equipment was the same. Either grime or dust. There was a water machine, but no cups, and the water was room temp at best.
The beds were average. They give you three pillows, so we tried to ask for 2 more so we'd each have 2, but they were out, I guess.
We did their breakfast one morning, and the poor attendant was struggling to keep up. We had to wait quite awhile for her to refill the staples like eggs, bacon, milk, and coffee. When it was refilled it was not great. It put us a little behind starting our day, so the next day we skipped their breakfast, and went out.
If the pool were open, it would have been decent for the money. For us though, that was the reason we booked it, so it ruined the stay.

The hotel is a bit dated on the inside (carpet and lighting), elevator is old and its floor tile broken.
The lobby has no staff - a kiosk staffed remotely handles all check-ins which actually worked just fine but felt odd. It wasn't clear to me that if there was a problem who I might contact.
The breakfast was as expected, no better, no worse that Holiday Inn Express - coffee ok, the dining area small, one broken table.
The rooms were clean, hotel was quiet.
Hotel close to beach, close to food - I will stay here again. Good value for money spent.

Although the hotel was fabulous, no staff spoke English after we checked in on the computer. That was a little problematic, but we figured it out and overall we read the hotel highly.

Returned to our hotel at 11:30pm after day 1 of an 4 day stay and couldn’t get into room. Our room was cleared out and groceries were thrown in garbage bags as well as my insulin and put on office floor. $1000 of groceries and medication ruined. It took to 1:30am to locate belongings and passports as no one spoke English.

I am not staying here again…not worth the price!
This hotel has made the change to no front desk staff on site and 100% supported remotely through a screen. The on site cleaning staff did not speak English (my daughter had to translate one time for us) and are not able to help with on site issues. The check in process was unusual through the screen with the desk staff remote…but manageable. However, the process got backed up very quickly when more than one person had a question. It was common to see many people waiting in the lobby for their turn to talk to the screen.
We had an issue with our bathtub not draining. It took me asking about it 3 time before they made my family switch rooms (instead of fixing it). Not the end of the world but very inconvenient in the middle of our vacation.
The hotel is clean and the breakfast is as you would expect. However I was very disappointed with the lack of on site service.
Look elsewhere for a hotel if you want a better experience.

I recently stayed at this 2-star hotel and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The pool was disappointingly dirty, which was a major letdown for someone hoping to relax. Adding to the frustration, the front desk staff had been replaced by robots, lacking the warmth and helpfulness of human interaction. Overall, not a friendly atmosphere and not worth the visit.

The hotel is very convenient because it is close to the beach. The cleanliness is extremely enforced from the moment you entered the building. The staff I only saw the cleaning ladies and the breakfast lady. They were very polite

Cleaning staff did an excellent job. Nice pool but not heated. Desk person was a contact by zoom rather being present so had to get used to that.
