Absolutely no 5 star , bad service , no hospitality, the reception is very rude , the room is dirty and out off date ! There is also safety issue that pitfall next to the lift make people stumble! There is also construction nearby the hotel which made a mess around the hotel ! In short , no recommendation for this hotel !

I lost one day here. Waste it. Wifi did not work and nobody did not solve this problem. Just to say”sorry for that” is not enough if you come here for business and you have most important things to do in internet. It was Saturday and I could not get internet from outside (to buy SIM card or something like this. All day I watched TV, couldn’t do anything

No hospitality at all ! Just checked in, the receptionist is so rude and we booked river view room and we don’t see the river from the window! Receptionist Annika said to me “ if you don’t take it , you can leave “ as a member of Dorint , I was shocked with the service from this hotel! I don’t recommend other guests to stay this hotel! Absolutely no 5 star , bad service , the room and corridor are dirty and out off date ! There is also safety issue that pitfall next to the lift make people stumble! There is also construction nearby the hotel which made a mess around the hotel ! I showed my membership card at reception and asked two rooms could be next to each other so that we could take care of the elderly guests, even though hotel team confirmed via email to make this arrangement possible but disappointingly they asked €60 upgrade fees and threatened us to leave if we don’t accept the rooms! Such bad behavior of the personnel and management are totally not acceptable!

Overall a good hotel, nice pool and cool amenities. The staff was friendly and accomodating

Хороший отель могу рекомендовать, целом все понравилось работает кондиционер. Отель имеется сауна тренажерный зал. Завтрак тоже был вкусный

Zeer mooi hotel, goeie ligging , zeer vriendelijk personeel en lekker uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. We waren iets te laat voor het ontbijt maar de vriendelijke man van het ontbijt heeft ervoor gezorgd dat we alsnog van het buffet konden genieten ♥️

alles ist sauber und der Bad gefällt mir sehr. Ich bin zufrieden damit.

Prettig en sfeervol hotel in het centrum

Bij aankomst vroeg ik of er een kamer beschikbaar was met een ligbad, deze was beschikbaar en daar mochten wij gebruik van maken. Met ontbijt waren we iets te laat maar we konden gelukkig nog ontbijten ze hebben geen haast bij het opruimen en dat geeft je een gevoel dat je rustig kan ontbijten. Het ontbijt is een open buffet en er is een ruime keus. Parkeren is alleen wel prijzig €28 voor de hele dag. Hotel ligt lekker centraal. Er was een leuke kleine kermis bij de brug, hier kon je lopend naartoe gaan.  Service is top !

房間很大，很舒適，地理位置也很不錯，服務人員也很耐心友好，建議房間內給個開瓶器，否則房費所含得水用玻璃瓶裝的，沒有開瓶器開不了，無法喝水
