Why does no one mention the loud music with booming bass from the adjoining property that lasts until 2/3 every single night? Unless you're a party animal, don't stay here. At around 5/6am the kitchen below starts up and the locals start congregating on the beach. The noise level is much less, but you still here it very clearly. The rooms are in need of serious maintenance, with wobbly floor boards, bathroom doors that don't close properly, a balcony door that doesn't close fully and can't be locked, power sockets hanging out of the walls. The beds have a single sheet each and the temperature of the aircon can't be adjusted, so either turn it off or freeze. The rooms are not serviced and the bed sheets and towels have dirty marks all over them. We loved being right on the beach, but moved out with two (paid) nights left so we could get a good night's sleep.
