オテル ドゥ セーズ(Hotel de Seze & Spa Bordeaux Centre)

as I have come to expect when staying at Seze an outstanding experience. Staff professionalism and execution is impeccable

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Bordeaux. Shopping is conveniently nearby. Staff is friendly and attentive and the room was clean.

A very well presented, understated, centrally located hotel. Our second visit, so they must be doing something right. Comfortable beds, a very good bathroom and efficient aircon. Despite being very central it was also nice and quiet.

The restaurant kept closing at random times without notice. Staff were dismissive to the point of rudeness. The room was clean and neat and the air conditioning worked well in 35 degrees heat.

Great Location, but our room was very dark, and small. I was a bit disappointed. The only other room I was shown, was by the lift, which was just as small, and apparently noisy. I have a mobility scooter, which folds down, but steps to our room made it véry difficult to get to the room. The staff member clearly saw this, and didn’t have any suggestions. I didn’t realise that you had to pay €40.00 to access the spa!! As the steam room was out of action, that left just a sauna! Rather steep. We also asked him about how long we could park with our uk blue badge on the disabled space. He said he didn’t know, and didn’t make any attempt to find out. I found this rather unhelpful. The manager told me he knew I was unhappy, but couldn’t offer anything. This all sounds as though I’m very picky, but generally we find everyone extremely helpful in our travels around France.

We were greeted by welcoming staff & provided recommendations for a late dinner. Our Suite (Millesime), although cozy, was spotless, the bed super comfy & quiet. It is a quick walk to amazing restaurants & bars as well as lovely neighborhoods. We enjoyed the ample breakfast buffet. A plus, catching the bus to Saint-Emilion right around the corner. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay. One thing to note, access to the spa is not included. It is an additional €40 I think. We tried to book a treatment the day we arrived and it was sold out so I’d advise to book in advance

It was a very nicely located hotel. Our room wasn't too sound proof but was comfortable in general. We were looking forward to the breakfast based on the previous reviews, but it was not worth the extra money. There are many nice coffee shops nearby where you can get amazing coffee and pastries.
