Unfortunately this was without doubt, one of the worst hotels, I have stayed in. It was booked by the company I work for. Had I have booked it, I would have demanded reimbursement! The hotel was in the process of having new a new air con system fitted. My room had no heating, and it was cold. So the receptionist brought a portable heater to my room. The problem was, my electricity kept turning off. And it was on, and off constantly. When the electricity went off, so did the heater. I asked to be moved to another room, but was informed there weren’t any available! The second morning at the hotel, I got up, and went to shower. It was still dark outside. The electricity went off a total of five times, while I was trying to shower. I ended up using the torch on my phone. I went to reception, and said “This isn’t good enough” and I had to demand to be moved. Come back at 1pm I was told. So I wad moved to another room. This room had electricity 👍 The problem was the bathroom light did not work! The heater only worked on the highest setting. The light switch did get repaired. The heater never. The beds were uncomfortable. The room was dirty The curtains were plastic, with holes in them. The toilet seat was loose. There is no soundproofing in the hotel. Every noise from next door, and above, and below can be heard. The breakfast was 2/10. All in all, an awful hotel.

Ideally located close to the A10 (as demonstrated by the mix of fellow guests) and surrounded by various dining options, although mostly hotel restaurants or uninspiring chains. Spacious, comfortable room, bathroom small but clean and adequate. We had to book at relatively short notice and because of this, it was slightly overpriced. Not impressed that what was presumably a fire alarm was set off twice during the night: no controlling staff presence, and we never discovered the reason. I guess we were unlucky to be there at this time, but it could indicate a problem at management level. Unable to sleep again after that, not great with a 10 hour drive to follow.

Je garde un très mauvais souvenir de cette nuit passée à l'Ibis Budget Lac. Je me suis gelé toute la nuit avec bien sûr un réglage du chauffage inefficace et très sibyllin quant à son fonctionnement ! Merci Ibis Budget pour la bonne bronchite que j'ai ramenée de Bordeaux et qui n'est toujours pas terminée. Autant vous dire que j'ai déjà résrvé ailleurs pour mon prochain séjour.

J'ai réservé pour 4 nuits. La chambre est propre comme sur les photos. La clim fonctionne très bien. Serviettes et produits à disposition. Hôtel calme sauf une nuit et parking sécurisé. L'hôtel est situé près du tram c un point fort pour se balader. L'accueil est agréable avec l'ensemble du personnel.
