Do not stay with Villa La Bollina. The hotel listing and website are untrue or deceptive. The listing and website indicated air conditioning BUT they shut it centrally. We requested for it to be turned on, but the receptionist said it cannot be done. Left with no choice as the room is very stuffy, we requested for a fan which turns out to be old and noisy, the overly strong wind from the fan blew my hair over my face. We were told to just open the windows since it was stuffy, and so mosquitoes and other insects flew in as there is not even a mesh to prevent insects from getting into the room. Upon feedback to the hotel manager/director called IVAN, we were disgusted by his atrocious bad attitude. He said they are a small place and so there is no aircon. I told him they are 4 stars hotel and listing indicated aircon and that they should amend their listing to avoid misrepresentation to future guests. When we told Ivan that the room is stuffy/hot & insects flew in, he repeated our comments sarcastically and smirked at us. I asked him to respect us as hotel guests since i talked to him respectfully and softly too. At one point, he raised his voice & told us that we called for him 10 times (which is totally untrue). We only asked for fan, extra pillows & a kettle. The coffee dispenser is faulty. Ivan also dismissed our other feedback including toilet flush not working (Ivan replied “it’s like that”, and pillows are thin like bedsheets. We had neck pain and sleepless night in this hotel and were dismissed with a pathetic 24 euros discount, after getting horrendous attitude and unkind accusations from the hotel manager/director, Ivan. He slammed the door at us when we departed. What terrible person in the hospitality line! Please stay elsewhere. 220 Euros for a stuffy non—aircon room with flying insects, trust me you can’t sleep at night on your vacation. They don’t hang their towels on the walls, instead used a movable tripod metal stand which needed to balance 2 towels on both sides. The metal stand fell and hit and bruised my foot. 1 star for this hotel. Terrible.

Very very near to servalle outlet. Beautiful place to stay. Wake up and seeing nice villa with green grassland next to a golf course. Room and toilet are big, cozy and clean. Staff are very helpful. Easy self parking at the Carpark next to villa. The only thing I need to say is the cappuccino at their restaurant in the evening which I believe they made it wrong and should have it returned. Anyway their tasting menu is good and worth to try.

Loved every minute of staying in this hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. They were welcoming, friendly and made sure our stay was perfect, this is what made the hotel special for us. The hotel is in a quiet location and sleeping was not an issue. We’ll definitely come back at some point and would highly recommend to anyone that wants to stay in Italy.

No no no for this place. Only the receptionists were so kind. I’m so sorry for the Hotel Managing Director - a very unpolite person. We stayed for a week end and also for a wine event, but no one controlled our green pass. No advice for this place.

Amazing experience at this romantic vintage style hotel. Original high quality finish, marmer bathroom, gold plated faucets. This is how the past rich lived! Service is great throughout, starting with a warm welcome from the two ladies at the reception. Got a free upgrade to a junior suite, which was great considering we did a last minute reservation after shopping at the huge outlet just 5 minute drive away. The hotel includes a restaurant for dinner, great chef and beautiful plating etc. Again,m, with perfect service special thanks to Waldo. The hotel is on a hill overlooking the valley and their own wineyard (i recommend their sparkling wine). Superclean room as well with lots of amenities. I will come back for sure.

Sono stato qui in occasione di un evento con amici, il posto è decisamente carino, è ben ubiacato con una bella vista sul territorio circostante. Abbiamo preso un aperitivo in terrazza, e poi ci siamo spostati a tavole, il servizio buono ma le pietanze discrete in particolare il pesce al nostro tavolo ci è stato servito mezzo crudo, contestato il fatto ci è stato ritirato e cotto nuovamente peccato che non mi sia arrivato lo stesso trancio che mi era stato ririrato. forse non adatto ad eventi di gruppi. Da riprovare perchè il locale merita.

Questa sera abbiamo deciso di visitare questa struttura Non sapevamo se fare un aperitivo o cenare Siamo stati accolti con grande educazione da un signore molto elegante ed educato Ci ha proposto più soluzioni ed abbiamo optato per un aperitivo sulla terrazza panoramica Ottime le liste degli aperitivi e degli accompagnamenti Abbiamo iniziato con due calici di vino e una focaccia con i gamberi per poi continuare con due tartare deliziose Successivamente il responsabile di sala, signor Mauro ci ha consigliato un dolce in abbinamento a sigari e rum Strepitoso Complimenti per la passione e la professionalità Torneremo sicuramente anche perché il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto valido
