Apartamentos Vertice Sevilla Aljarafe

Bien equipado, funciona todo, desayuno muy bueno. Buen transporte, para llegar al centro de Sevilla, y todas sus atracciones

Muy bien en limpieza y cuidado del apartamento. Muy buena la atención recibida en recepción. Me gusto el trato recibido, la cordialidad del recepcionista. Un sitio recomendable

We first arrived a bit shell shocked after staying in quaint hostels in Southern Spain. This place is large, Soviet-block style, and in a more crowded suburb than in quaint Cordoba & Granada (of course Seville is a bigger city than these, so shouldn't be a big surprise). So it took some time to adjust but once we did, we had a pleasant stay here. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a small kitchenette that did the trick (only problem was no wine opener so I had to buy one at a supermarket). Parking was comped in the adjacent underground garage, with a convenient elevator to the floor where our room was.

There was a constant smell of tobaco in all the rooms and halls. People smoked in their rooms and halls 24/7 and the smoke went through the ventilations to all other rooms, wether our ventilation was on or off.

Very good aparthotel.

The apartment was extremely dirty, hairs in the kitchen cabinets, shelves with a lot of dust, dishes and tableware badly washed still with grease and food on it. In one of the shelves a supermarket receipt could be found back from mid September, which means those shelves were not cleaned for at least a month!!! Hairs and dust everywhere, I usually walk barefoot and after having a shower just crossing bathroom to bedroom my feet were all dirty again! Bathroom the same, floor dirty, hairs and the toilet was not cleaned properly (no words to explain this one, as you could see clearly that was a long time ago since it has been cleaned properly). We have left signs to be cleaned 2 mornings in a row, but it didn't happen, and we have noticed maids in that hall those days. I understand that cleaning is on specific days according to the type of stay (not sure which days didn't find that information) but at least if the staff sees the sign at least could check what was happening or inform reception to contact the guest. Everything needed was there in the apartment. Washing machine but no dryer, just airer. Pool available in season. Lift from carpark for loading of luggage.

El alojamiento muy agradable, limpio cómodo. La atención inmejorable. No merece la pena pagar media pensión, cómo fue mi caso....ya que no te dan variedad a elegir....pero gracias a Emilio, camarero del restaurante, mis hijos pudieron cenar gustosamente, una persona maravillosa, muy resolutiva y sin duda de las que no te encuentras todos los días, maravilloso, educado, respetuoso, agradable, amable.....sólo tengo adjetivos buenos para describirlo, volveríamos sólo porque nos vuelva a atender él.
