非常好！滑雪度假的好的方，酒店很乾凈人性化！

ブルガリアのボロヴェツへのまた素晴らしい旅でした。またリラ ホテルに泊まりましたが、素晴らしい体験でした。スタッフは素晴らしく、部屋からは斜面の素晴らしい景色が眺められました。食事は種類も豊富で、量もたっぷりでした。今回はプールとスパ エリアをうまく​​利用しましたが、タイミングが良ければそれほど混雑していませんでした。今年私が唯一不満に思うのは、出発日の午後 1 時にホテルを出発しなければならないという導入です。早い便であれば問題ありませんが、夜遅くまで飛行機に乗らない場合は問題があります。リラとバルカンの休暇では、午後 1 時にバスで出発し、ソフィア郊外の大きなショッピング モールに何時間も連れて行くというアイデアが生まれました。リゾートでリラックスして景色、バー、レストランを楽しむという目的ではなく、モールで半日過ごすという目的です。現在の規則に従わざるを得ない場合、ゲストは他の旅行やホテルの手配を考えていると思いますので、このオプションが変更されることを願っています。リラは素晴らしいホテルです。今後も引き続き、お客様の体験の一部となれるよう願っております。よろしくお願いいたします。リチャード・ペインズ BEM

9.5/10 for a 1st time family ski trip. 2 adults & 2 kids(4 &8) travelled with crystal ski to Hotel Rila, Borovets. Absolutely fantastic all round experience including hotel, travel company & ski school. Everything is on the doorstep of the hotel, in centre of resort and at meeting point for ski schools and ski lifts. The Rila hotel Staff are very nice and helpful, the ski kindergarten is perfect for our 4 year old - staff very good, kids well looked after and do little skiing runs twice a day. The hotel rooms and good sizes and very clean. They are service daily. The hotel buffet is fresh, lots of choices and perfect for kids. It is a buffet so don’t expect 5 star gourmet, but food is well cooked, fresh and different choices each day. The hotel has the ski rental also, so no need to travel to get skis or boots. Essentially the convenience of this hotel for ski schools and ski rental location is 10/10 The only negative for families I found was we booked a piste view room, but at night these are very noisey from the bars on the Main Street. So for families I’d recommend not booking a piste view.

Stayed at the rila in March and we couldn't fault the hotel. Our room was lovely, it was modern, clean and spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the slopes. Breakfast and evening meals in the hotel were good, it was fresh and lots of choices. The location was perfect for the slopes, bars and restaurants. The spa was fantastic and pool area/ jacuzzi too. Pick up of ski equipment was very straight forward. Though I would not describe the guys working in their as friendly, in fact far from it (all except one). Have to agree with others that the 1pm pick up by Balkan is not ideal. The mall was big and quite nice, however it is not what we were on holiday for and left us at the airport 4 and half hours early of our take off time. Especially not good when we were then delayed an hour and had a 3 hour drive home in the Uk. All very frustrating. Overall, a great holiday.

Hotel facilities were great. Rooms are clean, the maids are friendly and helpful each day. Some staff need some training in customer service - it was hard to find a member of bar staff who made us feel welcome. Bar staff at the terrace especially - we felt like a burden every evening so we started going out to different places. Ski and boot hire on the first day was a circus! Much more coordination needs to be done between staff as our whole group was made to feel uncomfortable and problematic (not sure if this is wholly the hotel’s fault). But this wasn’t a great experience and none of the reps really knew what was going on either. Food is good - lots of fresh choice. Spa is great - lovely woman on reception who is so welcoming every day. Overall good, but I feel that when spending money on a nice hotel, customer service needs to be a priority - I’ve had my drink slammed in front of me and eyes rolled a few times this week!!

Conveniently located hotel right at the bottom of the slopes. We stayed in a superior room and high was lovely a clean and big enough for two adults and our daughter. Shower was amazing and beds very comfy. The pool and spa were great after a days skiing. We were often the only ones there in the early evening. Breakfast and dinner options were plentiful, we never had any problems finding something everyone liked. Staff also very friendly. We would definitely come here again.

We are just finishing our 1st trip to Bulgaria skiing and have stayed in the Hotel Rila in Borovets. Excellent hotel, kids completely catered for, reception staff great when dealing with any issues ( we had a problem with noisy neighbours and they moved us straight away). Kindergarten were excellent too. Food varied. Lovely big family room. Skiing has been amazing with loads of snow and excellent runs to suit all levels. Ski in, ski out. Loads of activities in resort. We’ll definitely be back.

Very good quality hotel adjacent to the pistes and main street. Rooms comfortable and modern, cleaned daily. Food excellent, both in terms of buffet selection and quality. Very large pool with sauna/steam/spa option too and relaxing lounge/bar area
