ホテル パリーニ(Parini Hotel)

We arrived here and were welcomed, Room fine, breakfast fine. booked for three days. Then we were approached by an infuriated lady manager, who said that we had booked only for one person, not my wife and i both. I looked at my *********** confirmation and saw my name followed by "double or twin room, /for two adults, so I thought that was correct. But in smaller print it did say, one guest, a mistake of mine and mine only. first time in a hundred hotel bookings. BUT --- the lady concerned went off her head, and waving her arms and gesticulating, loudly accused me of being crooked. Would NOT listen when I was standing there offering to pay any balance, with card in hand. WOULD NOT LISTEN even after I apologised...in italian. went away, told me NOT to speak to her, and not to came back. I sat at the reception desk for over an hour waiting to pay. NOW ...I'm human and make mistakes but own up to them ...BUT!! No-one accuses me of being a crook. No--one. Be careful if you deal with this clearly distrubed person, she is obviously infallible, never makes mistakes of her own, and if YOU dare get something wrong......you're dead meat. Foul abuse.

Excellent refurbished hotel with friendly owners and delicious breakfast!

Friendly staff, nice breakfast. Bit noisy if your windows are looking to the square.

Very nice, clean hotel with a good breakfast. My only issue was the road noise and not being able to close the shutters to stop the street light flooding in.

Complessivamente, mi sono trovato a mio agio, date le camere comode e accoglienti. Tuttavia, non posso fare a meno di denunciare la disdicevole esperienza avuta con la receptionist, che ha appellato più volte me e i miei amici utilizzando un vocabolario quanto meno colorito. Il suo atteggiamento aggressivo denota l'incapacità di gestire una comitiva, ed è un peccato, perché con il suo modo di fare arrogante e sprezzante, ha rovinato quella che avrebbe potuto rivelarsi un'esperienza piacevole.

Hotel bello e ben pulito..stanze belle e ben fornite...spa carina e accogliente..la colazione nulla di speciale molto abbondante sia di dolce che di salato ma prodotti non freschissimi e sinceramente molto deludenti..buono il caffè..personale gentile

In occasione di un torneo di nostra figlia, siamo stati in questo hotel carino e in centro paese, comodo come posizione di partenza per visitare la zona. Il personale è gentile e la colazione fornisce la giusta varietà, senza strafare. Buona soluzione da tenere in considerazione

Abbiamo passato in due la notte di Capodanno e ci siamo trovati bene
