Our room was very clean and spacious. The ****** was terrific and we had a lot of fun. We ate at the Riverview and also at the snack bar, both had delicious food! I will definitely be recommending these accommodations to friends and family!

I love the location and the rooms was very clean. We be back to stay again

Well diverse, the hostess was very generous, patients and compassionate ,the weather had taken an unexpected toll, yet upon arriving the staff very friendly and warm the hospitality was very pleasant, hotel was very clean sophisticated. Quite an enjoyable experience with hotel, looking forward to returning. In better weather conditions.

The check-in process was long and not welcoming at all. I was expecting more, from this brand. The room was not clean, had grime on the walls, the staff at the front desk were not friendly or welcoming. They seemed like they hated life and were not happy to be there. The bed was lumpy too! Overall had a bad experience. I also noticed the soap etc seemed cheap, not what you would expect from a resort. I most likely will not return in the future and don't recommend staying at this one in Bossier City.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Margaritaville Resort ******! The vibrant atmosphere, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations made it a memorable experience. The variety of dining options and entertainment added to the overall enjoyment. I would highly recommend it to others looking for a lively and relaxing getaway.

I had the double Queen room. There were hairs in one bed and blood and hair in the other bed. Alerted housekeeping and they took about 30 minutes to come and then handed me clean bedding so that I could change the bedding. Is this typical protocol that a guests needs to change their own bedding, especially considering the circumstance? The sink area was not cleaned at all, not around the sink or the inside of the sink. The floor had a lot of small debris and I even found a pair of Nike socks in the room. The hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed ourselves at the ****** but the rooms are not being cleaned thoroughly. I added some photos of the blood, this was disgusting to say the least.

Good stay for a quick getaway. There were some issues at check in for the $100 deposit that I did not know about, and I eventually had to pay it because I had no choice at this point being New Years weekend.

The bed was terrible. Had to call housekeeping to bring items normally in the room but not there. Drunken revelry in the halls from 2 am to 4:30 am. Only managed to get three hours sleep due to all this. Checked ou after one night but billed for a second night.
