The hotel is delightful on its own, but I am still so grateful for the incredible service. Check-in was lovely and so personal, despite my super late arrival. The second night of my stay, I got food poisoning from a local restaurant (not affiliated with the hotel) and tearfully called the front desk. Waters and Gatorade were delivered to my room - I'm not even sure where the Gatorade was procured from in the middle of the night, but it saved me. Also overnight a blizzard came through, altering my travel plans for the next day. The front desk team added a night to my stay, and reorganized so that I didn't have to change rooms while I was still recovering. My short time in Boulder had so many curveballs, but the staff made it easy to navigate and I am so grateful. I'll tell everyone I know to stay here!
