Must have been placed in the least desirable room on the ground level near the event/ conference room furthest from the lobby. Granted our flight was 5 hours delayed and we arrived at 1:30 am, we learned the hotel was not fully booked and had other rooms available later in the morning. It’s also clear the barista was not too keen working at the hotel based on the unfriendly customer service to not only me but to other patrons eating at the counter. Lobby and restaurant of the hotel are exceptional aesthetically.
