オー コワン デュ スパ(Au Coin du Spa)

ENDROIT HORRIBLE ET PROPRIÉTAIRE! 😡 nous avons une expérience très négative avec cet hôtel. nous avons décidé de passer le week-end dans cet hôtel, nous y sommes allés de bonne humeur, il y avait beaucoup de promesses, de bonnes chambres, petit déjeuner inclus, parking sécurisé. mais la réalité s'est avérée différente. Les chambres de l'hôtel ne sont pas très propres. Le linge de lit est vieux, lavé et en mauvais état. le stationnement était la cerise sur le gâteau. Je vous rappelle qu'on nous avait promis un parking sécurisé ! le parking s'est avéré être sans électricité, pour cette raison le portail était ouvert, il faisait sombre à l'intérieur, il y avait une petite porte de sortie pour se rendre rapidement à l'hôtel à pied, mais elle ne s'ouvrait pas, la clé électronique ne fonctionnait pas sans électricité. Il y avait des gens étranges en état d'ébriété près du parking. nous avions simplement peur de laisser notre voiture là-bas. à notre retour à l'hôtel, nous avons exprimé ce problème et nos inquiétudes, aucune solution au problème ne nous a été proposée, nous ne voulions plus y rester. Nous ne sommes pas restés une minute dans cet hôtel, mais ils ont pris l'argent de notre carte bancaire car la réservation s'était faite via booking. ils ont simplement fermé la réservation en notre faveur, indiquant que nous n'étions pas là. Je n'ai jamais rencontré un service aussi épouvantable, je regrette de ne pas avoir pris de vraies photos et vidéos de cet endroit. Si vous ne voulez pas vous tromper, je ne recommande pas cet endroit. Nous essayons de contacter le propriétaire pour récupérer notre argent, qui nous a clairement été retiré sans que ce soit de notre faute, mais il se cache. Les employés promettent de rappeler et de mentir carrément, continuant de rompre leurs promesses, comme toujours. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

The Hotel was close to the old town of Boulogne it was easy to walk there Very comfortable and friendly

I had an apartment.. it was very clean with lovely views from the window over the town. The spa bath was lovely, though not all the functions worked & the shower was powerful & good. Loved my breakfast being bought up to my room. It’s in an excellent location. My only worry was that at the top of the building, serviced by wooden stairs, there was no fire escape notices in the room, so not sure what would happen in that scenario. Other than that it’s lovely.

Beautiful old french house with loads of charm and character. Great location as just a short walk to the city centre. Secure parking which is great as the parking in the area is limited. The staff were warm and welcoming and very helpful. Had a lovely comfortable room with a jacuzzi bath and garden view. Would recommend here to anyone.

Really lovely building and rooms, in a great location. We parked right outside and cost us very little. Room lovely and breakfast super - really friendly and welcoming as well. Do not miss the aquarium!

Room was original ( with bubble bath ), service was nice but there were a few negative points as well * complicated TV * heating couldn't be switched off * button toilet got stuck, water kept on running all night * No parking

Great stay, large room comfortable bed, excellent breakfast. Situated in the old town of Boulogne, close to good restaurants, thoroughly enjoyed stay. Only downside no elevator and a few stairs.
