We booked a superior double room for 4 reasons : 1.Garden view 2. Air conditioning 3. WiFi 4. Secure parking When we checked in we were told that secure parking was available. That's good, but having to pay extra is an irritant and an insult. Room we were given had a view of the street. We discovered late into the night that the air conditioning did not work. We had to move without help in the middle of the night, because it was an unusually warm evening. The front desk admitted being aware that the air conditioning on tge 3rd floor was not working. At the same time, when asking for the WiFi code to conduct some urgent business, the front desk reply was '' il n'y a pas de WiFi ''. So, one out of four. When settling our bill in the morning we encountered quite the rudest front of house manager who, when we reported these inconsistencies in our reservation, simply responded with a shrug and an arrogance that suggested he was not a simple employee, but possibly an owner or senior manager. Despite the information in their advertised facilities air conditioning is not on because of the weather ; a garden view is not guaranteed and despite what we were told by the front desk the night before, he told us there is WiFi. However no WiFi was available when we checked again. His attitude was that we had been stupid to believe the listing in the Internet, and we should have phoned the hotel to confirm that all the facilities we were expecting and had paid for were in fact available. It was our mistake! Genuinely the worse customer service my husband or I have encountered in many years of travelling. Avoid this place at all costs!
