アパート ホテル & スパ サルダーニャ(Appartements & Spa Cerdanya)

I booked for one night an hour before checking in, I received self check in instructions two hours later and again the next morning! When we arrived, we rang the bell and no one answered, we went to the bar next door, which also run by the Aparthotel, and asked if they were part of the same establishment. The woman replied 'yes , what do you want?' and the man rudely informed us that the reception was next door, to which I replied that no one had answered the bell! He confirmed my name and gave us the key. It seems the whole place was falling apart, cracked glass in the shower, soap tray hanging off the wall, broken chair etc... The kitchen and bedroom weren't very clean and the bed horribly uncomfortable, probably the cheapest on the market. the only positive thing was that it was central and self catering, with a good restaurant across the road. Only stay there if you have to choice, vastly overpriced!

Apartamento muy práctico, en lugar muy tranquilo, con facilidades de aparacamiento gratuito en la calle y también con opción de parking en el propio edificio. Trato excepcional en recepción. Muy recomendable.

Apartamento cómodo. Bien ubicado.Andando a pocos minutos estás en Puigcerda. Recepción muy amables. Camas cómodas. Echamos de menos que no tuviese aire acondicionado. Ideal para salida fin de semana. Sin duda volveré.

Apartamento amplio y acogedor. Estan situados en el centro del pueblo y se puede ir caminando hasta Puigcerda. Todo y que esta equipado con una pequeña cocina hay restaurante en el mismo alojamiento.Seguramente repetiremos.

El alojamiento y la comunicación con recepción muy bien, la decepción fue que nos decidimos por este ApartaHotel porque tenía SPA y justo en nuestra estancia estaba “Temporalmente CERRADO”, por lo que fue una decepción para nosotros. Estaría bien recibir una recompensa del hotel para poder volver otro dia y poder disfrutar del SPA. Repito: por el resto, todo muy correco: bien equipado, limpio, tranquilo, bien comunicado, aparcamiento cerca, personal muy bueno en recepción… etc

La réceptionniste est très gentille - Hotel au centre de Bourg Madame à 20mn de la station de ski bolquère et à 45 mn de Andorre La Vielle . - Appartement propre . literie confortable - Cuisine bien équipée, plaque vitro céramique, four, grille pain, bouilloire, cafetière ,refrigerateur ,vaisselle,couverts. - Centre commercial carrefour à 03 mn de l'hotel . - plein d'emplacement gratuit autour de l'hotel pour se garer . - La réception wifi un peu capricieuse

Los apartamentos estan genial. Amplio todo bien cuidado, calefacción y chimenea. Utensilios suficientes en la cocina. Lo único incómodo el colchón del sofá cama. Por lo demás perfecto. Cerca hay un carrefour y al lado Puigcerda. En 30 minutos Font-Romeu. Un sitio ideal para pasar unos dias en familia en la nieve. Sin duda repetiremos.

Calidad precio ajustada. Limpieza poco exaustiva ( útiles de cocina sin limpiar). Algo ruidoso, se escucha vecinos, niños, perros.

Très bon accueil, plusieurs contacts par mail et sms afin de savoir si nous avions bien reçu les consignes en cas d'arrivée tardive. Appartements spacieux. Tout le confort nécessaire. Grand parking juste à coté, en plein centre ville mais très calme.
