We got the same room as in the picture! I was very anxious and worried after reading the previous reviews but No! It is an amazing place, clean, neat, spacious enough and affordable! 2 star but we didn't had to worry about anything!

Room was big and spacious. See view from window was very nice. Showers has good water flow and warm. Only down side was room wasn't cleaned properly. Menu and windows was dirty. Needs a deep clean I think!

This is a two star hotel and once you remember that, you know that it is awesome. Clean comfortable and a nice location. Staff are friendly and helpful and really a credit to the hotel. This is my first choice when I stay in Bournemouth again and I will now look for the Travelodge brand more widely. Thanks.

Very basic services. Parking for additional fee, wifi for additional fee, room services contain towels and tea/coffe renewals only (if you lucky - we were completely ignored once, and cups havent been replaced once). Location is good.

We couldn’t come and I asked them before the book day one month ago and they didn’t allow to refund my money or cancel my book and I never want to book again with you because I have bad experiences from you and I have booked for two days and I stayed for one night and I wanted to move and cancel another day and the manager accepted and said will give me my money but she didn’t send the money back. And the trip app from the bad app I used

You can't fault it for location. Value for money depending on the price you pay. We had a good rate for a 2 night stop over. Convenient easy walk to BIC/town/promenade our main reason for visiting. Room very spacious with a lovely view out to sea. Yes parking can be an issue, but once parked up we never moved the car as walked mostly. The staff are super friendly and yes hotel is a little tired. Bed not comfortable in my opinion but that's me and not an issue for a couple of nights. Breakfast enough choice and found to be well topped up and hot. Only fault there being the Orange Juice (yuk) very watery and not nice.. In all I wouldn't hesitate again for all the above reasons..location being paramount. Can recommend the Indain Ocean restaurant just along the road, delicious food and great service.

Arrived slightly before check in time, managed to get a space in the car park, so that pleased me. Lauren checked us in, very friendly and welcoming. Gave us some information regarding the local area which was useful. Had a great evening at the BIC watching Texas, then walked back up the (quite steep) Priory Road then back to the Hotel which is literally a short walk back from the BIC. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Convenient clean and perfect for overnight stay. Helps if you don’t mind walking to free parking places further away. Thats Bournemouth.

Car parking terrible. Room very hot even with the windows open and fan on. Toilet seat almost off. Very basic hotel.

Great hotel and good location. Super breakfast. Car parking was easy just parking in the street outside the hotel. Will definitely stay there again. The pre-visit reviews were poor but the room was good, clean and with new carpet. Cannot fault it.

very friendly and helpful staff. room was very clean. a fan was provided which was good as the room was quite warm. no complaints at all and will have no hesitation to return. excellent value. two minute walk to pier and five minute walk to town centre
